FOOL, to think MMA is the answer to the TRUTH. MMA training is physically intensive which is required in every sports. That is not to say a dedicated kung fu practitioner training correctly is defenseless when attacked. Besides, he/she can still be seen practising in the park in their advanced age while your MMA fighter will be either incapacitated by injuries or long gone.
