I had this same back in black, a 1992 xj600 seca 2. My first street motorcycle. I spent a ton of money trying to weed out a naelectric cal grmlin that would kill ignition anytime it got a little wet. I eventually figured it out but sold it to my brother for 400 bucks and replaced it with a 2008 yzfr6. goodd times. I loved this bike.

Hi Calvin, I always release the front sprocket nut before I remove the rear wheel as sometimes the nut can be stuck fast and leaving the wheel in place allows you to apply pressure to the rear brake allowing leverage and also takes stress off the gearbox shaft.👍 Xj6 sprockets 48/16 ratio 😜

Calvin... Did you replace the split pin for the rear swingarm bolts/axel bolt? I know a lot of bikes don't have them as its just a fail safe. Sorry if you did in the video if I missed it.

You can replace the old style nuts with new self locking ones and you don’t have to worry about those safety pins
