Yeah, I just heated it up and bent it down a touch, that's what I ended up with.....even with the peg. The little bugger left me stranded today. I had to walk it back.......twice. Had to order more shifter parts, and I think the pilot jet got plugged. Still got to look into that. That shifter mechanism is enough to make a grown man cry.

Another good video dale. In some ways your the same as I am about using grease on gaskets I even use it to stick the clutch cover casing gasket on as well. I'm not sure whats happening but I'm not getting a reminder when you have made a new video I have subscribed. I also sent you a message on the twin cylinder 90cc video when you said you only had one piston I found a geniune one on ebay and some piston rings I sent you a link to them but for some reason I never herd back from you. So I hope I haven't upset you by sending you the link. If I did I'm sorry. any ways hope to see you in the next video. kind regards Brian

Hi Brian, not sure what is going on with your notifications, you know you have to tap the little bell to get the notifications, just being subscribed won't do it. I'm sorry I did not see your link, sometimes those links get removed by KZread for whatever reason. I am still looking for one piston in .25 over, I always am grateful when folks help me find parts I need. Also appreciate any help or tips folks give me too. Thats what this hobby is all about helping each other. If that is still available, you can send the link to dsweger@bresnan.net I have been keeping a pretty good eye on eBay and haven't found anything. The one piston I did find came from St Louis just on a whim calling around to dealers. Thanks for trying and you can contact me anytime at the email above. Thanks again for spending time in the shop with me.

Not sure Frank, I have some that has been on a bike for close to 10 years, still just like it came off the roll. Flexible! This is the same tubing used on chain saws, the tube has fuel running through it and it is on the outside of it in the gas tank at the same time. Just surrounded with fuel and still flexible and soft. I pick mine up from Amazon, it is pretty expensive.
