My first four wheeler was a brand new 2001 bear tracker I got when I was twelve and I still have it. They are great machines. This video brings me back! Anybody know where to get new plastics/fenders?

Thanks, I found some plastics on eBay for like 475$ a set. some are in rough shape

Grew up riding a Timberwolf. Just got a bear tracker and it seems noticeably faster.

Now I'm going to need to hurry and fix my bear tracker. Mines smoking black and low power. I got a high compression Wiseco piston for it takes it from 8.7:1 to 10.25:1. Im going to run 93 or 94 Octane hope i'll be okay.

I have a bear tracker and it won't stop sputtering and I got new carb and intake boot it js not sputtering as bad but idk why its doing it

Could be bad gas, but idk new carb should have fixed it

Actually, mine sputters too but after like after 10 minutes of driving, it stops

If you bought a cheap chinese carb, you need to transfer the original jets from the original carb. Check float height as well.

i just fixed my bear tracker that i got for free and it runs like crap, no bottom end torque, but good speed

i got one for free too. only put tires on it and oil in it. fixed everything else with stuff laying around my shop. i even just cleaned the filters and reused them lol. carb is sealed with silicone but it works, didnt have the key so i turned it into a keyless ignition, my new front left tire has a 2" gash in the sidewall i fixed with 8 tire plugs, its a chinese carb so i had a pain tuning it. it runs okay just like you said not much bottom end torque. i have hauled 3 200lb+ people with it through deep soft sand though so mine has power you just have to know where in the rpm range to hold it. ive completely flooded the whole motor ( bike was floating upside down for 10 minutes) at the beach in the sand dune lagoon and it wont die. i love my beartracker

@@Ride_fov right after I wrote this I have an electrical problem lol, was just running fine before i commented. Went back to start it and I have no spark. Gonna test all the electronics tomorrow
