[Yamaguchi Trip 4] Japan's third most popular tourist destination in the world is fascinating!

I traveled to Yamaguchi Prefecture in Japan.
Yamaguchi City was ranked third in the New York Times' list of 52 places to visit in the world in 2024.
This time, I'm not traveling to Yamaguchi City, but to the whole of Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Eh? Isn't Yamaguchi a rural area?! Is there anything interesting there?! Is it even a tourist spot?!
That's what I thought before I went there, but I was surprised to find that it was very interesting and the food was delicious.
This time, after a walk in Shimonoseki, I stopped by Tokiwa Park to see the spear, stopped by Hofu Tenmangu Shrine, and ate large-sized sushi.
I stuffed my stomach with seafood, so I'm ready to go back to the landlocked prefecture.

Speaking of Yamaguchi, you can enjoy both food and scenery, and it is a very popular tourist destination in Japan for both Japanese and foreign travelers.
I booked a hotel through agoda, and it was the cheapest I've seen in Japan.
I had the impression that agoda is cheap and convenient overseas, but not so great in Japan, so I was surprised.
Basically, it's a foodie trip where you just eat, eat, and eat. The fish is delicious, the kawara soba is delicious, the sushi is delicious, and it's amazing how everything is so delicious.
The Yamaguchi Prefecture edition begins!
