AS PER THE BRITISH LAW still in force in India: Just any one can purchase the land for any purpose.....he can get the registry done also from the authority by paying heavy Stamp Duty -- HE CAN ALSO get the mutation done of his plot, but HE CANNOT CONSTRUCT A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE...

Dont buy plots in Loni. Absolutely backward, cheats and uncivilized people here. Rather buy flats in Ankur Vihar but not on loan. These flats have life of apprix 15 -20 years. Its an area on Delhi border. Good connectivity, you can send your children to Delhi schools as welll from here.

महा बकवास वीडियो सौ बात की एक बात जहां पर रजिस्ट्री होने के बाद दाखिल खारिज हो जाए वह ठीक है, उसमें होता यह है कि अगर सरकार तुडवा रही है तो आपको पूरा मुआवजा मिलेगा 3 गुना या 4 गुना क्योंकि दाखिल खारिज हो चुका है, और जहां पर पक्की रजिस्ट्री होती है और दाखिल खारिज नहीं होता वहां पर सिर्फ सर्कल रेट मिलेगा 2 गुना यातील गुना शायद नहीं मिलेगा, इसलिए जमीन जहां पर भी लो दाखिल खारिज देख लो बाकी कानून महान है भारत में कुछ भी संभव है कई देशों से लेकर कानून बनाया है इसलिए कानून बहुत ज्यादा महान है😂

Itni lambi chaudi kahani sunadi... Ye to sabko pata hi hai k soch samjh k lena hai .. isme naya kya bataya? Jo main baat hai k kaise check kare k land authorised hai ya nahi ya kon sa document hai perticular jo land owner k pass hona chahiye...wo to bataya hi nahi? Time waste video.
