डिअर सर आप बात तो सही कह रहे हैं पर एक मिडिल क्लास फैमिली के लिए 40 से 50 लाख रुपया जमा करना बहुत बड़ी रकम होती है इसमें सरकार को खुद भी सोचना चाहिए किसान से जमीन खरीदकर वह मिडिल क्लास या लोअर क्लास को सस्ते दाम में उपलब्ध कराएं

आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी अत्यधिक सराहनीय है । आपका ध्यान दूसरी ओर आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूं। कभी सोचा है आपने ? जिसे वैध कॉलोनी कह रहे हैं वहां 1000 वर्ग फीट जमीन लेने के लिए 45 लाख चाहिए, जबकि जहां सुविधाएं कम है जिसे आप अवैध कॉलोनी कहते हैं वहां 10 लाख में जमीन मिल जाता है ।अब बताइए कि 35 लाख वह आदमी कहां से लाएगा ?ताकि जमीन खरीद सकें। सबके पास 45 लाख नहीं होता है।

Fir koi builder bhala kaise karwa dega registry, agar kisi zameen ka circle rate 22 lakh aa raha hai to builder 19 lakh ya 20 lakh par registry kase karwa dega ? Sahi baat ha yaha 50 lac me plot nhi milta or private colony me 50 lac ke under ghar ban jata ha sabka budget approved colony me rehne ka nhi hota
प्रणाम दादा जी, वृंदावन में ग्राम तेरह की एक किसान की भूमि पर राधा सौंदर्यम नाम की कालोनी है, बहा के मालिक यह कह कर प्लॉट सेल कर रहे है, की ग्राम तेरह की गाटा संख्या 1 से 557 तक नगर निगम में आ गई है, और प्लॉट R जोन में है, मैंने पूछा 143 नही कराई आपने तो कह रहे की जब नगर निगम में आ गई है पूरी कालोनी तो 143 करवाने की क्या आवश्यकता? कृपया आप बताए यहां प्लॉट लेना चाहिए या नहीं

इन विकास प्राधिकरणों का बस चले तो इन बहती नदियों को भी अवैध घोषित कर दें। इनपर गलत दिशा में बहने का आरोप लगाकर जुर्माना लगा दें।

If layout is not approved then it's avaidhy colony (unauthorised colony). You can ask builder/seller to show you approved layout plan.

@@civiler.jaikumartiwari पर सर सरकारी जमीन जब अवैध इमारत बनाई जाती है फीर उसे कानूनी तौर पर वैध कैसे घोषित किया जा सकता है? यह तो शुद्ध रूप से सरकार से धोखा है और जो ईमानदारी से जमीन खरीदता है उससे भी धोखा है।

सर कॉलोनी का सड़क पंचायत को केसे दे , कॉलोनी का पूरा प्लान सब प्लॉट और सड़क बने हैं कनवजर भी हुआ हैं रेस्ट्री भी हो गई । ये राजस्थान की पंचायत का बारे में जानकारी सहता hu ।

Aam Janta ko ye sab nahi pata hota hai. Registrar unko registry karane ka permission kyon deta hai.
