KDA plot are not available n if they r avlble in a few locations they are very costly. So what to do in such case ...to buy land piece for house construction. Pls suggest..... सरकारी हो यागैर सरकारी कॉलोनिया बनती जा रही है विकास प्राधिकरण नगर निगम सभी कोमालूम है जमीन जब बिक जाती है रजिस्ट्री हो जाती है उसके बाद जनता अपना मकान बनती है सीधे साधे लोग क्या जानते हैं वह तो सिर्फ सर छुपाने के लिए एक छोटा सा आशियाना बनाते हैं और मकान बन जाता है उसके बाद विकास प्राधिकरण नींद खुलती है नगर निगम नींदखुलता है और गरीबों के मकन तोड़ दिए जाते हैं जाते हैं नगर निगम विकास प्राधिकरण को सब मालूम होता है मकान बनने से पहले कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं करते जमीनों पर वोट क्यों नहीं लगते जब जब रजिस्ट्री होती है जमीन की सर्वेक्यों नहीं करतेहैं पहले यह अंधा कानून है हर जिले में सरकारी जमीन भेज दी गई एक कानून पास होना चाहिए गरीबों के लिए उसमें पूरी जानकारी होनी चाहिए जमीनों के बारे में जियो और जीनेदो जिस क्षेत्र में मकान नहीं बन सकते प्लाटिंग नहीं हो सकती उसकी जानकारी अखबार मेंदेनी चाहिए और जनता की मदद करनी चाहिए बोलो मेरा भारत महान 🙏

Sir जी नमस्कार, आप के द्वारा किए जाने वाला कार्य बेहद सराहनीय एवं जनकल्याणकारी है। प्रश्न: श्रीमान जी मैने वाराणसी शहर में 310वर्ग मीटर का प्लॉट एक व्यक्ति से 2019 में खरीदा था और बेचने वाले ने इस जमीन को किसान से खरीद कर इसके छोटे छोटे टुकड़े अलग अलग लोगो को बेच दिया है। यह जमीन आज की तारीख में नगर निगम के छेत्र में आ गई है और वाराणसी मास्टर प्लान 2031 के अनुसार आवासीय दर्शाया गया है। हमारे प्लॉट के आस पास के प्लॉट मालिको ने नक्शा approve कराकर मकान बना लिया तथा रहने भी लगे है। तो अगर मैं भी नक्शा approve कराकर Building bye laws द्वारा आवासीय मकान बनाकर रहना शुरू कर सकता हूं? क्या इस प्रकार मेरा भवन/मकान नियमतः सही होगा और भविष्य में मकान/भवन ध्वस्तीकरण से मुक्त होगा? सादर धन्यवाद।

Sir, agar koi society (jo LDA approved na ho par nagar nigam ke andar ho) mein plot lena chahta hai aur uski registry bhi ho jaaye . isse related kuch sawal the mere. 1st .... Is case mein daakhil khaarij ke kya niyam hote hai?? kya sirf municipal corporation ke record mein( jaise property and water tax ) mein update ho jaane ko daakhil khaarij maane, or sambandhit tehsil karyalaya ke record mein update karana bhi hota hai. Builder se paise lekar authority ke log builder ke khilaf koi karyawahi nahi karte aur purchaser ko phasa dete hai. Builder jab avaidh kary karta hai tab authority ke log uske saath mile hote hain parantu doshi purchaser ko mante hain aur karyvahi tab suru karte hain jab builder plot bench kar nikal jaata hai.

गुरु जी, प्रणाम। लखनऊ शहर में वर्तमान समय में M.G. BUILDERS जो कि सरोजनीनगर, लखनऊ में किसानों की जमीन बेच रहे है। कैसे समझा जाये की RERA विभाग से अनुमति प्राप्त है कि नहीं। क्योंकि लखनऊ प्राधिकरण और पूरे लखनऊ शहर में उनके एजेंड, पर्चे आदि से प्रचार हो रहा है, तो अगर रेरा विभाग की अनुमति प्राप्त नहीं है, तो सरकार के नाक के नीचे बिक्री पर रोक क्यूँ नहीं लगाते। आम जनता तो खरीद रहे है, निवास करने के लिए। गुरू जी, कृपया मार्गदर्शन करने की कृपा करें।

सर, एसी बिल्डिंग जो नगर निगम के अन्तर्गत नहीं है अभी , और बिल्डिंग का नक़्शा भी पास नहीं है । तो क्या एसी बिल्डिंग में फ्लैट लेना वैध है ?? कृपया मार्गदर्शन कीजिए🙏 area- Noida

आप की वीडियो देख रहा हूं।जनसामान्य को जागरूक करने का अच्छा कार्य कर रहे है। लेकिन आरंभिक परिचय मैं जिस विभाग का नाम लेते है ,उसकी जगह विकास प्राधिकरण सेवा से सेवा निवृत कहना ज्यादा उचित होगा। विकास प्राधिकरणों की जन सामान्य में छवि निखरे की इनके अभियंता भी जनकल्याण करते है तो और भी अच्छा होगा।

सर मेरा सवाल ये है कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के साथ जमीन का 143 करा कर उसमें बहुत सारे प्लाट काट दिए। उसमें राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के साथ वाले प्लाट पर ब्यवसायक स्टांप देय है क्या अन्य प्लाट जो आवासीय हैं उनपर भी ब्यवसायक स्टांप लगेगा।

सर ये बताओ कहीं जमीन पर अवैध कालोनी है वहां घर बहुत ज्यादा बने हुए है और पब्लिक एकता है क्या भविष्य में उठाया जा सकता है उन्हें। क्योंकी किसी को तो पैसा दिया है सरकार का कोई कागज़ या उस पर आधारित टैक्स सरकार ने लिए हैं चाहे टावर अटारनी हो तो दोषी कोन है जिसे अपनी जमीन कि सुधी नहीं थी

Sir, Mera makan extra land pr bna hua hai (110gj+ extra 30gj ) ab mda ne hmse naksha demands Kia hai or mere makan k dono tarf makan already bne hue hai 10 saal purane(mere makan ki diwar se lge hue, development charge bhi jama hai). Extra land se nakshe mai dikkat aegi kya

सर जी यदि कोई कृषि की भूमि है लगभग 250 बीघा और वह एक एक बीघा के प्लाट काटकर एग्रीकल्चर में ही रजिस्ट्री कर रहा है तो क्या यह सही है या गलत है इसमें क्या यदि कोई व्यक्ति जो एक बीघा जमीन कृषि में खरीदा है तो क्या वह बाद में इसका लैंड उसे चेंज करके अपनी एक बीघा जमीन पर कुछ निर्माण कर सकता है

Sir agar kisan se 10 biga jamin plater kharid leta hai aur wo plat kat ke bech rha hai ..to kya usse liya ja sakta hai...matlab plating manya ( legal) kab kahlayegi

It's illegal. Jab tak plotting ka layout pass nahi ho jata hai tab tak plotting unauthorised hai.
