鱿鱼炒沙葛是一道马来西亚传统美食,又香又好吃,爽口开胃,搭配生菜一起吃,口感更加的脆爽
材料:半个沙葛、一小块胡萝卜、3个香菇、1只鱿鱼、3瓣蒜、4个红葱头、2勺酱油、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖、200毫升清水、少许胡椒粉、少许生菜
1)半个沙葛&一小块胡萝卜削丝
2)香菇切片、蒜切末,红葱头切片,鱿鱼剪丝
3)热锅热油爆香鱿鱼丝取出后爆香蒜&红葱头
4)倒入沙葛&胡萝卜丝翻炒加入炒好的鱿鱼丝、2勺酱油、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖翻炒均匀
5)倒入200毫升清水&胡椒粉继续翻炒均匀即可

3) Heat oil in a hot pan and fried shredded cuttlefish until fragrant, then sauté garlic & shallots until fragrant
4) Add shredded yam bean & shredded carrots and stir-fry. Add the fried cuttlefish, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, and 1 spoon of sugar, and stir-fry evenly
5) Pour in 200ml of water & pepper and continue to stir fry evenly
