Most times humans feel like shit for "no reason" but its always because said human hasn't been caring for all of their needs. Reminder: ensure your needs are met. Try your best to keep your needs met, even for just a day. And make sure you set aside at least 1 day a week for selfcare! Like I personally do Selfcare Sundays(as it's easiest for me to care for myself during the weekends as very little happens on those two days.)
