The Zone of Genius is a concept introduced by Gay Hendricks in his book The Big Leap. It refers to the set of activities that you are uniquely suited to do, where your natural talents and enthusiasms intersect
The Zone of Genius is where you are doing something you love and are naturally talented at, which gives you an “unfair advantage” over your competition
To find your Zone of Genius, Hendricks suggests paying attention to what you love doing, noticing what others say about your strengths, and seeking out opportunities to use your strengths
