Have you ever had an issue with pushing filament, like you did in 6:17 or 6:43? I've changed filament few times without actually pulling back this small lever thing but now I can't push it further even if I use the lever. This white plastic guide tube is finished by a metal element. When I disassembled it I noticed that filament can't go through this metal element. Funnily enough I can push filament in an opposite way after disassembling (did that to check if nothing blocks this guide tube). I checked different filaments, tried to push it from different angles not nothing has helped so far :/

Excellent video but I think you're advise on removing the "lock" "unlock" device is incorrect. This device locks the two halves of the case together and does not lock the flow of the filament. As such it would be unlocked and removed so the case could be opened and replacement filament installed and then reinserted and locked to hold the case together. If you run the cartridge unlocked it could conceivably come apart and jam the filament flow

+Mike Bates thanks for writing, the case itself is held together with snap clips and not the white center insert. To open then case you will need a flat head screw driver as XYZ Printing even sells replacement spools that require opening the cartage in this way. Here is a short video on how its done: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aWid2KlmpcrKpdI.html
