Thanksgiving Weekend 2023 Added this AGAIN to another playlist in my garage gym , ROCK ON !!!

This is song is a perfect example of everything that was perfect about 80's hard rock/"glam" rock. A catchy AF riff, a sing along chorus, a shredding but tasteful solo....and all preformed by musicians who embraced the role of "rock star". Why is the music business struggling in the U.S.? Because we don't have rock stars here any more.

The recording industry decided they could have easily manageable beta male types to make boring music. What a lot of people don't realize all these rock bands from the '80s and I loved growing up in the 80s. These were tough men these guys work their asses off went through poverty fighting all kinds of stuff and when they made it big they made it big the recording industry may have taken him for granted sometimes the first time but not the second time these guys were not easily managed by a bunch of recording losers

@@Brand73 Everyone is not breaking motley crue’s records in 88-89 underrated... just a few years earlier and these guys actually would have been just as big as the big bands. World class musicians that could play just as good live. Unfortunately grunge ended it, plus the guitar player Marc left a tour so he could be present for the birth of his daughter. So they replaced him with some guy that could do the covers but didnt deliver beyond just trying to play Marc’s parts. And it seems like Terry is still upset at Marc for prioritizing family over fame.

Such a hugely underrated 1980s metal song, like intense, with a totally addictive chorus.

This was the best era in hard rock music. The professionalism and image was outstanding. Best song writing and melodies from this era as well.

This song still kicks ass in 2019. It is the first song I listen to when I log onto my computer. 54 years old and I am still a head banger, metal head, whatever term you want to use

Music such as this was the heart-beat of American youth in the 80's and early 90's. We get to revisit our youth and regain the same feelings of living in a supreme time in music history. Thank you for keeping this music alive and well. We don't choose to let it go.

Just saw XYZ saturday night and they are still great!!! New young guitarist is really good! Really enjoyed the show! Terry Ilous, you still got it my man!

Awesome song. Love that Red Charvel guitar. So fitting for the time. They still rock today.

One of the catchiest tunes of the eighties, and one of my favorites, dam what a time to be young and into Rock and Roll just listen to that guitar solo and the melody, just all around bad ass.

I'm 53. Rainbow Rising and Highway To Hell where my first records when I was 10, the 80s where the best era for good foot stomping hip swinging slow poke rock. That is a great fucking tune

Just heard this song on D’s House of Hair for the first time. You all deserved WAY more recognition !! Amazing! Reminds me of back in the day, when I was married to Felix Hanemann the bass player for Zebra. The live music scene was so incredible. The world has no idea what they are missing!!

Rock N Roll will live forever. I play it all the time. I don't care who's around. This is real music with real musicians who actually play instruments. Great lyrics, great vocals, great musicianship.This is real music and not that junk you hear in the stations.

I agree Racine , being influenced by a band doens´t mean they´re copying anyone , they´re just making a legacy live on . XYZ is a great band with excellent musicians , the real clones are today´s "artists" with the same lyrics and the same auto tune

Great album...great band! Came out at a bad time for rock music. Shoe gazing, potato sack wearing, depression junkie heroin addicts from Seattle were just starting their quest to rip all the JOY and FUN from rock music. Fucking sad. Still, it doesn't take away from the fact that THIS is a fantastic album. (produced by Don Dokken)
