Well heres why that more than likely wouldn't happen. When you think about these kind of situations when your not in the moment its easy to say, Yes im gunna do this, and this is all gunna work put. But when your actually in those situations your mind goes blank, you don't know what to do. Trust me I've had a gun pulled on me and I had this whole idea planned out if something like that ever happend and when the gun was pulled I froze up. And secoundly his suspension on the car was to low so if he drove and missed the suv he would've hit the curb and severely fucked up his car and the shooters prob would've chased after him. And if he backed up well his windshield is wide open and they can just shoot at him there. Its really sad what happened to him but I think there was no escaping that

I think the biggest question here ...if he was shot in the neck three times, wouldn’t there be blood present? Carotid arteries are there, but even if they did miss the arteries, three shots to a small area like that would be hard to hide in the pictures.
