I have 2 years of experience in HCL, Noida as a Software Engineer. I worked as a QA there for 2 years in manual and Automation Testing. But One day HR called me to resign forcefully due to the bench period. It was not my mistake to find the projects in the Organisation there is RM for these things but I also tried a lot to find the projects and I was available for non-technical roles as well but I was not getting anything in the HCL, I don't know why and same incident happened with other candidates who were on the bench since last few months but no were getting the project. Now it has been four months till now I have been unemployed and not getting any calls from Naukri and Linkedin, I am applying constantly.

I am faced same situation .I too worked in Hcl. I have 2.2 years .From January onwards I am looking for a job, still seeking a opportunity who are all have less than 3 years its difficult to get a call..Before Hcl I have 3 offers I choosed hcl but in Hcl there is no learnings and projects.My Genuine consent to @freshers.Please don't join in Hcl as a start .We are suffered a lot in Hcl.For name sake they are hiring.
