Great game. My son and I would play when he was 7. Momma used to giggle behind us because we both sat on the floor side by side and we would lean one way or the other, or front or to the back, depending on where we were on the track. She has some cute videos of me and my boy doing this. Same thing with Ace Combat and Armored Core. That little boy is well on his way to his MD/PhD in neuroscience, and daddy isn't remotely cool anymore. But every now and again, I play this game just because I miss him so much. It tends to make me feel a little better.

I just got the PS2 versión of this game

Ps2’s F-Zero. I miss this.

It took me 10 years to realize i can just let go of the accelerate button to slow down on higher g's

... and it took me forever to find out that you can press down to tilt the bike backwards to speed up, when going up an incline. 😂
