Amazing video! I love the XTerra, the sound of the gasoline engine is very good. Mine is diesel and the sound is really cool too. I liked the place where you were, it looks like an off road playground and good people! These are my kind of trip. Family, good people around and a bbq at end. My boy in the stock yellow xterra went over the that root like a boss at 2:00. Hell yeah! :)

2 weeks in on new to me 09 Xterra manual off road 116k mi. , fuckin love it. So much to learn and mods I'm def a novice... for now.

In California, where I assume car prices are a little higher but... I found a 2000 Xterra in BEAUTIFUL condition.. Only has 85k miles on it.. Do you think $6500 is too much ? They want $7500 lol, I think that's steep tho. If I can talk them down, I'm into it. These trucks seem reliable, just need one for a second vehicle on the weekends, limited usage...hoping I can have it another 10 years..

You said the yellow one was stock? It wasn't a pro 4 x but you said it had a locker. Were lockers stock on standard Xterras?

The seller stopped making them a few years ago. Something about bad customer service. I've heard he might still make an order if you can find him on FB, but I'm not sure how true that is.

Well, none of us have front lockers, but a couple.of us are running the factory nissan one in our d44s. It's an eaton E locker I believe

@@tietie1424 I have the same yellow xterra offroad so it should have factory rear e-locker. Pro4x also should have factory rear e-locker.

Hell yea bro! I love that yellow 2nd gen, I’ve got the same one, off road package and everything. Really wish mine was 4x4 and not just RWD tho lol. Either way though awesome vid!

If yours is truly the off-road/pro-4x trim, it would be 4x4 with a rear electronic diff lock. You got hosed if you got a 2wd "off-road" edition. That sucks.

Hopefully my stolen catalytic converter gets replaced by may, so I can go play soon. I own a 2002 supercharged nissan xterra
