What's it jetted at I have a 2001 xr400 same pipe as you have I'm having a problem with getting the jetting right.. that's a very nice xr you have there.

Go one size over stock and turn the pilot fuel screw out 21/2 turns

God that thing looks brand new I have an 2001 with 430cc kit Best weekend warrior bike ever built. What jets you running? If you sold it for $2300 someone got a steal of a deal

I just bought a 2003 same condition with street legal kit titled with two sets of wheels one set excel wheels almost $2000.00 super motored $1500.00!!!! Wife’s husband past away ex pro motor cross guy bike runs mint sat 3 years in a garage started up with a shot of ether and no choke!

geoff dunn cold start is easy you just need to have the nak first time every time, not the same if they have been over on side or flipped then there a beast to start lol 🖒🖒

Mines jetted a little rich with a Q4 pipe starts with no choke !
