Hi. Is it possible to create custom layers, say, 4 faders for the first 4 channels of the mixer, 1 fader for channel 17/18, 2 faders for 2 FX and the last fader for the main, all of them in the first layer? Basically, what I'm trying to say is if it is possible to rearrange the layers with the faders I want for different gigs. That would prevent me from changing layers in a gig where I only need to control 4 mics, one keyboard and the effects.

At the moment OsiMIDI Stage only works with Behringer X AIR devices, and working to add X32.

is it possible to use nanokontrol by controlling the hang edit even if the software is minimized? I use live cubase to play sounds. I would like the cubase on the screen and the nanokontrol controlling my Behringer Mixer on minimized screen.

In our website there's a configuration video tutorial with a BCF2000. The configuration process is the same for all MIDI controllers. We have in our KZread channel a video with a nanokontrol 2 and an example configuration, too.

In the description of this video there's the configuration used on it. You can download the zip file, extract the files, and import the configuration.

Is it possible to use Korg nano with XR18 without computer? May I use USB to midi interface? I'm using XR as audio interface and want use XR with iPad and I need just sliders during live streaming :)

I'm sorry you need a computer to run OsiMIDI Stage. You can use a Raspberry Pi if you want a small hardware, there's an OsiMIDI Stage Raspberry Pi version.

I downloaded the trial version for testing purposes, but I can't download the configuration file from the link above. Still available?

Hola, actualmente hay una video en nuestra web con la versión 1.3, pero el proceso es exactamente igual que con la 1.4. Solo ha cambiado ligeramente el aspecto de la ventana de edición de los parámetros de la configuración, en la que ahora debes seleccionar el modelo de tu controlador MIDI. El resto del proceso de configuración es el mismo que se muestra en el vídeo disponible en nuestra web..

X AIR Edit allows to control your XR12, but doesn't support a MIDI controller as input. OsiMIDI Stage acts as an interface between the MIDI controller (in your case Akai APC MKII) and the XR12 mixer, so that you can control your XR12 with the MIDI controller, sending it OSC messages (no X AIR Edit needed to control the mixer, OsiMIDI sends messages to the mixer). Other functionality of OsiMIDI Stage is that it is able to change the view of X AIR Edit, clicking on its window, so that at any moment you can visualize on X AIR Edit the parameters that you are modifying with the MIDI controller.

OsiMIDI must be connected to the same network that XR18, it sends commands to the mixer through the network.
