The most perfect video on XLRI that I’ve come across the internet. These are the exact points that I was trying to find answers of,right from placements of HRM to job roles and hrm to consulting - everything covered. I’ve got offers from MDI HRM and waiting for XLRI HRM so I would like to see the comparison of both. Also, even though you have mentioned common placement for both BM and HRM I would like to know is it even possible to get shortlisted and convert roles other than HR for an Hrm student? Sir, can one be selected for for both BM and HRM programs at JSR? If yes, then will he/she automatically be given the program that he/she gave first preference to, or one will have a choice. i.e. One who chose HRM as first preference can opt for BM if selected for both and vice versa?

Very informative. Any idea about refund rules for B-schools? Because the result is late… i have to pay some fee at great lakes. Will i be able to get the refund? Pls help

Sir the placement figures for 2023 finals are wrong. The numbers that you have quoted are for PGDM (GM) program and not for BM and HRM. The average for BM and HRM was 32.7 LPA and median was 30LPA. Please correct it.

Sir this souece is for 24 finals. At 4min 50 sec in the video the placement figures for 23 Finals are also shared shown as 29.11 LPA average and 27.24 median. FMS=XLRI, but the fees. So FMS is better.

FMS if you don't have money otherwise XL is better in almost every other field.
