A few interesting things on this one. The Air Conditioner compressor is on the driver side below the power steering pump? LIke on a newer TJ or WJ? That air box on top of the throttle body is a new one for me also.

I didn’t want it on my door as the screw lined up with the pinch weld of the door but yes lack of hydration was a issue

Are the sounds that all the packages making very pleasing to anyone else, or just me?

If you didnt buy a adjustable track bar you need to drill a hole 1 inch over and bolt it in to get your front end straight

Ever done a 4.5" lift and with out a sye I want to do it but will I have to buy a drive line that's custom made for front just curious if u have nice wrk on the xj bud!

the TJ arms would fit on the XJ. The XJ,ZJ,TJ, and WJ all use the same factory control arms upper and lower

Do yourself a huge favor and look to the Japanese, something with a roller cam. I put a different/ new engine in my yj every 20k miles. Cherokees were always very cheap. Not anymore. I put a 4.0 in my hot rod truck. Rebuilt it twice in 25k because it chewed the cam gear that drives the distributor and the second time the comp cams ate like 3 lobes. Word to the wise

@@KZreadcensoredmyusername Plenty of people in the states have high mileage 4.0l rock crawlers on 40s they beat on with zero mechanical sympathy and haven’t had any of the issues you claim to have had. Mine has 260k miles on the original 4.0, previous owners were running it low on oil and overheating it when I bought it 10 years ago and i haven’t had a single engine issue

@@Tanner731 Iv Been running these 4.0s daily for 20 years I know a thing or two about them. Some get lucky but it’s just a matter of time before it punches a hole in the block. Crappy 60s design. Really good for back then though

When it comes to the flares you installed them wrong. First of all they require some trimming on the fender wells. Second, that the rear are two pieces because the smaller front piece mounts onto the door so that you have the flare and can still open the door. You may have even mounted the rear ones on the wrong side. As for the front, they are supposed to wind up flush with the front bumper skirt but somehow you got them with a gap of a couple of inches. Seeing how you royally screwed up the rears and didn't trim the fender first I'm positive that the fronts not fitting right was you're screwing those up too. Don't blame the product for your crappy work.

shoulda just did the cut and fold on the fenders, you lose alot of wheel clearance with flares

The reason the archies on the rear didnt fit good. Is because not fitted correctly what so ever plus your suppose to attach part of the arch to the door. You most prob already figured that out.

The flares are right you just didnt install them right. They are for when u cut the wheel well out and raise the flare up higher. The front was suppose to go up like 2in higher same with rear and you cut away tje wheel wells. Read directions next time. Go watch a video you can still do it right. And get more room for bigger tires to.

It LOOKS better.... but really theres a few things I just don't get: If you aren't getting it registered, why bother wasting anyoney on those rubbish flares? Why bother keeping the swaybar? Then you spend a heap of cash on lights that it will probably never need?... cause its not like you're going to be going down the hwy at 110kph - its not rego'ed. But then you shortcut the suspension SO much. Heck I don't understsnd why you didn't simply use the TJ arms. which are FAR better quality than the ones you fitted? Not even cheap correct length shockies - but its got a sick light bar?? If you wanted a beast of a garden gnome, chop the guards, 37" and make the pig flex.
