Рецепт: Нарезать мелкими кубиками морковь, зелёный перец (убрав зёрнышки), яблоко (убрав сердцевину), красный лук. Отдельно, одну луковицу красного лука нарезать кольцами (около 1см). Взбить 4 яйца, добавив соль, перец, соевый соус, муку, картофельный крахмал. Смешать с нарезанными овощами и яблоком. Выложить это в луковые кольца, посыпав кунжутными семечками сначала с одной стороны. Затем перевернув обжаренный блинчик с др.стороны - кунжутные семена с другой стороны.
