@@ibrahimbenamer953 i do if your budget is low it does the job but not the best choice i will pay extra and get the Samsung the only down side for me is the display it's an LCD not an LED the difference you can look it up on KZread but for me i bought it for Netflix and the display isn't the best but its ok for gaming i play 2 hours of pubg every day and not heating tablet is so good they don't heat like phones.

Exactly i have the Chinese version,running miui 13,its very stable and battery life is great too.... heck i even use this for gaming sometimes.... the display quality is great too.... amazon prime supports full hd playback too

I agree on the cons of this tablet. However, users didn't choose this tablet because they can compete with other brands in terms of specs and features. It is just the best specs for its price out there. I think even if all those issues were addressed, people would still buy Apple or Samsung if the prices and specs, and features were all at the same level.

I've had mine since November 2021. Best tablet in its price range.

I'm using this tablet since launch and all the points he mentioned can be overlooked given the price point. It's a great tablet for 25k segment, period. On day to day basis, I face no issues using the tablet and enjoying content on it. The Dolby sound too is on point. And please don't go on to compare it with apple or samsung tablets which cost a fortune. If u really want a perfect tablet with no downsides whatsoever, better be ready to spend atleast 2-3 times the money 😉 And miui for tab is 10x better than miui for phones. It's very simplistic and fluid. Don't worry about the software on this tab at all.

All the negatives that you mentioned except the lcd screen are mostly software related which I think would be fixed on the Indian variant that was recently launched. The LCD display, I'm cool with it as at this price point they have to cut cost somewhere. You also mentioned that you've had the device for 3 months so I guess it's the EU/Global variant?

What standards did you set for the product before you came up with cons? Take price into consideration too. To be honest the speakers are perfect for the price considering it supports dolby. The display for indoors is amazing. It's snappy and the built quality is perfect. The only con with this tablet is its miui. The device ui doesn't feel like a tablet interface but a phone interface .

Its not the tablet, it's one's expectation. I have surveyed all tablets within the same specs and price range. Trust me, only this and Lenovo pad pro 11.5 2021 worth the investment at present. The rest nope far below or unless you gonna pay double the price like Samsung s8. Still it won't satisfy an individual preferences. One thing for sure, the pc mode and stylus are the key to this new experience. If you own an average laptop, get bored and dont mind with smaller screen. These 2 tablets are must to own for light weight viewing and desktop functions. I bought mipad 5 and lenovo pad pro 11.5 at the same time. Marvelous !

@@cryyy.6893 It works fine. So does 5 claws. Use config if you need better result. Suits your graphic preference. This tablet is all rounders with the price range. 120 MHz. Latest model oppo and others are copying but didn't come close. Selling point @stylus, stereo speakers, 120 MHz and of course the design. PC mode is cool. Get multi type c to USB and plug in the dongle. Transformed into light weight laptop. Get the 8G and 256 ram. In my country 8G 256 sold out. Again no other model and specs come close unless you gonna pay much higher for your budget. Or apple fan...

Lenovo pad pro have Oled display, JBL tuned speakers and higher battery size. Bigger screen size 11.5. Lower 90 Mhz and no magnetic stylus but support hdmi output. Moto is just flat like others.

@@yahyahasan1554 redmi and xiaomi phones have ads within UI, they become slow with days..unable to clear ram and memory fully, they keep running multiple apps in the backgrounds...they need too much of permissions...and they get heated more...the UI is doing lots of things ..and these are not BS . i too feel suspect many more things which i do cannot prove right now with links. Still these phones are bad and its not a bull shit opinion. You are using a custom rom is a rare thing among general users. We cannot take that yardstick here.

@@sanakiddy2883 it was in 2020 when Xiaomi had the most ads and bloatware now they have 0 ads and a couple bloatware apps while brands like realme, oppo, Vivo and iqoo are packing tons of bloatware and I switched to custom ROM after using on stock ROM for 1.5 years and had no issue in that time I also suggested 2 note 10 pro's and 1 11 lite NE in my family who are using it on stock ROM and are happy with it the 11 lite NE user even became a Xiaomi fan and got herself a pad 5 and now the Xiaomi TV 5a

It's not night made. It's dark mode. And no. The brightness doesn't change at all in light mode.

You have to consider about the price point, which tablet you can get an OLED or Super Amoled display at this price? If I have money who will gonna buy this tablet? You know how much is S7+ or S8+, if you need to get a Super Amoled display? Even Samsung Tab S6 Lite 2022 version , still didn't have Amoled display and packed with only 720G soc instead of 860, If you care about the software you should wait for google to release their tablet this year. How much you pay, how much you get. You have to pay double price for what you are expecting in this video.

But i bought it in the end. Costed me ₹23500 128gb during launch week. Its the best deal at the moment for the price here in india. I use it only for youtube, netflix, hotstar or some BGMI. All these tasks it handles flawlessly. Display is gr8. Speakers are gr8. Software i haven't faced any glitch yet. Performance is always buttersmooth.

when both (ipad 9 and mi pad 5) have the same price but one of em getting double the years of support ,can keep 50% of his value if u opt to sell it after 3-4 years , have access to many 3rd party accessories and u can find a repair shop that can work with it and repair it very fast... what u would choose ? yeah ipad 9 is a no-brainer even if u are an android user...

Great video bro. I will buy this anyway because multimedia consumption, light gaming and book reading is my main concern which this tablet does well. Regarding the Netflix issue, it might be due to bug with the app and not the tablet which will probably be fixed. I don't have any plans to use the stylus right now but if it comes at a good price, I might think about it.

I'm still running a Xiaomi K20 Pro, I was considering buying the latest flagships, but overall I am not sure if I want to continue with another Xiaomi phone. For a tab, I think the S8 Ultra would be a bit better. If Apple offered the same aspect ratio, I would gladly get it. But here we are having to make decisions because there is no perfect device.

@@ishanshashni8309 so the Samsung S6 lite has 4 gb ram with 60hz TFT display while the mi pad 5 has 6 gb ram with 2k 120hzz display . Also the speaker system in the mi pad 5 is quad speaker system . The processor of the mi pad 5 is far better than the S6 lite which makes multitasking easy in the mi pad 5 . Although you won't feel a huge difference in the tab S6 lite for regular usage .. please refer to beebom video on the mi pad 5 for more information. Also with all this , the mi pad 5 was priced at 25k while the S6 lite was priced 28k back when i bought the mi pad 5 . As of today, i am really happy with my purchase .

I think I will go to the samsung one for this price as an artist I have to have that stylus. If you add the xiaomi pen price with the price of the tab it goes way over the price of the s6 lite.

If you didn't want views you'd have went with everyone else pointing and the pros and keeping the cons as a side matter, here what you did was completely made a video revolving around the negatives.

Sorry but we can't give full credibility to this video. You have been using it for 3½ months, meaning you have the a non-indian version (either Chinese/Global). Some or a lot of the issues might be just becoz of that reason. Trust me, I have used various mi devices of various versions both in and outside India. They really do differ a lot!

I had this since it was launched. The only downside for me is that No hdmi port, realized thst can be used for lectures but screen cast is useful too This is China rom and some app keeps on turning into chinese after a few days (wps) which I Re download if it happens. Other than that, it's perfect for me. Even for playing games like genshin impact. I set it in high graphics. Watching videos, Netflix, making lectures, I always bring it with me. I still loved mine 😍

I don't have a problem with it having an lcd display cuz it's 2k.and honestly i would prefer a good quality LCD than a fhd low quality amoled.and considering how much Amoled costs,i think the price would skyrocket to let's say 35-40k minimum.then what's the point? If someone had that much money can't they just buy a samsung tablet or the m1 ipad air buy adding 10k more.or they could even get a good laptop with i5.....so the thing is if they gave an amoled,wouldn't it destroy the whole budget beast USP?

Ok NGL i agree about the display and brightness. More over the copy and paste image seems annoying it would be great if they just make it that you can drag the image and you can paste it that way. But about having an AMOLED display is something abit tilted i might say. Why? Because Xiaomi want this to be a budget friendly and im sure that if they put AMOLED display the price will skyrocket. But so far the tablet is fine. And nice video m8👍

Tried with browser too, it's asking to download Netflix app, else,while opening in desktop mode, it's throwing errors to play the Netflix videos

Now the Netflix issue is gone by trying a previous version from Apk mirror, but amazon prime is causing the same issue! Sadly can't able to play in hd from browser. Tried with a previous version apk as well! Any solution?

I would have loved to but sadly I buy it in Europe. But to give you an idea, I’ve heard it is not the best machine for productivity and you’ll see lags while editing videos. Also the thermals ain’t the best. If you are looking for a performance laptop, look for a laptop from msi.
