OnePlus 12 did better in majority of shots and I own it and can confirm cameras are top tier portrait shots are possibly the best out there

This is why big KZreadrs dont compare this phone too much to their beloved Iphone or samsung bc they know how good the camera on the One Plus 12 actually is.... One word for them is, bought and payed for.....

I just found your channel and honestly man, you make really solid analysis of a phone's cameras. I really appreciate that considering a lot of reviewers seem to struggle to make any meaningful analysis in their reviews. Keep up the good work! I love how nerdy the Ultra is, especially with the photo kit, but 12 is just a better deal.

Great video man, for potrait Bokeh effect..you can adjust the Aperture on Oneplus 12 before or after taking picture to match the bokeh effect.. i normally used f5.0 for portrait. More realistic bokeh effect ❤

Hi brother pleased have you tried normal photo mode with the 5X on a human subject?

This was a surprisingly close battle and let’s not forget that the OnePlus camera app offers pro photo as well as pro video modes with LOG support. They definitely don’t get enough credit for offering a complete package. The option of having a variable aperture on a smartphone is groundbreaking but for the peace of mind of not having to deal with HyperOS and getting more guaranteed customizations is n the OnePlus at a lower price, that’s my winner.

So, OnePlus is far better by the sound of it and only half the price. I understand the reviewer has some personal preference that slightly favour the Xiaomi in a few cases, but personal preferences are just that. Good on OnePlus for an amazing cheap phone that kills the Xiaomi and by extension all the phones the Xioami beats.

The OnePlus 12 is offering much more in its price range, I've got an AI update in which I can remove the unwanted objects from the image. I think it's a direct competition to higher price flagships 😂Even iPhone 15 pro max failed to provide 2k display resolution where OnePlus 12 does 🤡

For selfies n portraits... My favourite is the X100 Pro... It's extremely reliable and consistent with a plethora of options for bokeh styles.

Why does it looks like it hurts very much every time you need to say OP12 performed better..

i have xiaomi 14 n i love it, better than oneplus, oneplus whitens the image that its frustrating, i have checked all phones in person, ill say its vivo x100 pro -> xiaomi 14 -> samsung s24 -> apple 15 -> oneplus 12.

Next time try to use master mode on OnePlus and to make it fair, turn off extra sharpness and vignette... Exposure control is better on master mode and it's auto so it makes sense using that mode.

At the moment I am torn between the Xiaomi 14 ultra and x100 pro... Coz the professional stuff like log video is near unmatched on Xiaomi but the reliability on the x100 pro is incomparable

I like how these leica color profiles, especially the authentic, treat greens and yellows. They lower down the luminance value of these colors, but not its natural saturation. And they keep the whites real white, not blueish, as often the result of aggressive HDR processing

I still love my vivo X100 Pro

i love how OnePlus, xiaomi and oppo takes night time shots they doesn't make night time photos like day times they keep night vibes sadly only these 3 are doing this others make brighter and vivid

Bro next time compare any flagship camera phone with Vivo X100. I am sure you will be surprised by the results. I own Samsung S24 Ultra and a Vivo X100 (Non-Pro Version) and believe me it beats Samsung in everyday photography. When i show photos taken by both phones to someone for comparison they hands down like Vivo X100 images. You must check it out once... (for only photography not videography)

High contrast is good, but with proper HDR to expose the darker areas properly, not like this one in Xiaomi case 4:37

thats the point you are missing. xiaomi does not apply aggresive hdr like most other phones. it tries to go for a more proper camera look..

can show us xiaomi 14 ultra 5x telephoto pictures of human without using portrait mode i saw many reviews it can give very natural blur even it doesn't need potrait mode

Yup. This is how I take portraits and it's a night and day difference.

Not sure what he meant by that the 3x on OP is better than the main lense. Main lense is the sony type 1 sensor. It's the largest camera sensor out there. It just has less megapixels than the 3x but it's a larger sensor

For point and shoot OnePlus just kills it. At theoreticaly 33% lower price. I have this phone too and love the picture it takes

It doesn't make sense to me to use Xiaomi 14 ultra i dont have this much of time to switch between lieca authentic or vibrant when u want to click a picture it doesn't make any sense OnePlus 12 camera is superb in its raw product that develop we can edit it later as per our taste . I will not click two pictures from different modes to see how the photo will look . Xiomi is for professionals who have time to click pictures as per their need , and who has the work of clicking pictures professionaly . But everybody knows if you want to click pictures as for your professional work u will always buy a camera for it bcz no phone camera can beat a dedicated camera. So as far for a normal user OnePlus 12 is a great camera phone it makes every sense. In Xiaomi I don't have this much of a time to compare two pictures which is looking good . And as far phone camera is always for capturing memories . OnePlus 12 is great. I am saying this bcz i am also a professional camera person so i know it .

@@x.v.q After OnePlus 8 series they didn't much on the cameras. I've experienced & tried some of them. Yes, OnePlus12 is tad better.

If you show the images no one will find the differences between them. You have to zoom both the images and have to show the flaws and pros. You are simply saying the images are sharp, the views cannot see the sharpness of the images. Only they can see when you zoom images. I have seen many videos but no one is following but if any one does this definitely they will attract more people towards their channel.

Piece of crap with 4h sot and useless LED which is placed below center of mass. Imagine working in a garage and placing your only source of light above working place 🙄

Which phone gets you 4 hours sot? Cause if you mmeN the op12 your talking shit I regularly get nearly 10 hours sot over a 48 hour period before I need to. Charge it

And nothing wrong with charging till 80% other devices definitely give better battery backup in that range than Oneplus because their battery isnt stupidly calibrated to give 1 hour SOT for 1% from 100 to 99
