Real and genuine Alphaz understands and knows what Simon-san is doing for XGALX and the Xtraordinary Girls. To me, he IS the CEO of CEOs in the Asian music industry. He knows how to take care of his people , even his technical staff.

I appreciate this series so much because it is so raw and you almost never get to see this kind of stuff from groups. These kinds of things are just unfortunately the harsh realities of trainee life. Simon truly is a mastermind and theres a reason the girls respect him so much. It also helps that he has been through these same things himself so he has a bit of insider knowledge when it comes to these things.

If you get a chance to watch the XG days vlogs you'll see how much respect and care there is between XG and Simon. He used to be a idol himself so he understands the struggle and hardships.

Shouldn’t have any issues with the documentary as far as KZread is concerned no one else has, for warning episodes 5 thru 7 are pretty emotional, also know the episodes jump back and forth so pay close attention to the timeline

This documentary should be on netflix or something so more ppl watch it. I'm sad so many ppl misunderstood Simon, like with the debate whether XG is kpop or not and things like that... If only they'd watch this documentary, they'd know Simon's stance about it. And I feel his stance, vision and mission are wonderful. Coming this far I respect him more and more because whatever he, XG or XGALX do are proven true and alligned to what he said in the very beginning. Truly good leader.

Yeah Xtra Xtra was a hard watch because it is unfiltered and actually shows the brutal process of training and eliminating trainees. It's gonna get more brutal in the following episodes. This documentary was the reason why I love SIMON just as much as I love the girls.

Here you will see how great simon is, and he's vision, he write shooting stars before even the group was formed, and they could have debuted with that song and go global, but he didn't, and he really does cares about the girls, they are family, before each showcase, he always tell them to just have fun, and not worry about anything, and if something goes wrong, he will take full responsibility, i mean what CEO does that, he was an idol, he knows how is the industry, and that's whe he treats them different, he's amazing 👏

Simon Jakops is the only CEO worthy of being a Bias option. You will see why with this Documentary. ALPHAZ love him and you might even get to meet him in person and take pic with him at the concerts. Simon Jakops was a member of KPOP group DMTN, E.R. is a great song from them.

Stock up on your tissues though it's gonna be crazy -- but i'm 100% sure you're gonna love them even more after you finish this one. Simon & XG are the DREAM TEAM -- it goes beyond the typical CEO/Artist relationship, it's more like a mentor, a father and brother figure if you will. Besides the girls there 3 more trainees that are important to the story the documentary tells. I'm not going spoil it but just be on the look out. Just because someone isn't part of thr final lineup don't overlook them.

Es muy dificil ver a las chicas llorar. yo ya vi el documenta por 3 veces y todas las veces he llorado. I thought the same thing about the choice of music for them being so young.

XG is the direct challenge to the SK censorship bureau who controls KPop and the direction it's going and the sound of KPop(which to me is censored trash) I could explain a lot cause I was there for the birth of XPop 30 yrs ago and XPop is the term I used 30 yrs ago to be the genre of the hip-hop direction Korean music was going but it "inspired rebellious ideology". Same reason why Billy Joel can never set foot onto Korean soil. XG is different...the direction i thought Korean music was going to head into but nope. I saw it all happen and I was a huge fan of the early Korean music.

One thing to remember, is most all of them,(besides a few), don’t speak English. So they probably have no idea what the song is about.

There parents wanted them to do this I agree that some songs shouldn't be performed .but at least it's not like the Americans music industry .does worse things . So I feel japanese music industry is not doing bad things like the American industry . that's my opinion

Imo a parent's sign off isn't everything. There are plenty of parents that make their kids do unsavory things, not saying that this was anything like that though. Also imo the Japanese entertainment industry is can be just as bad as America's or any others. There have been cases of minor idols/models being forced to do gravure shoots for example. Because it's a way for them to become popular. Ofc not all of the industry is like that.

These dances were done in private years ago for evaluation and are only meant to showcase dancing ability / skills. Not anything freaky or weird going on. The only reason it’s being broadcasted now is because the documentary is raw / transparent. Showing how the idol industry works and the intensive training they have to go through.
