@@patrickshaw411 Does Sharla actually have lower DPS than Riki? The latter's DOTs add up but going all-out into Drive Boost and Thunder Bullet is actually even more DPS than a maxed-out Summon Bolt setup (you can get up to something like using Thunder Bullet every 2-3 seconds). Add Head Shot and Sharla has very decent DPS. It's more that you can't really use her in chain attacks that causes issues in the postgame.

It's not recommended to use Melia in your party, seeing as she's one of the weaker characters.

I use it in Chain Attacks all the time and it rarely gets the Instant Death but almost every time Sharla decides to use it outside of a Chain Attack, it gets the Instant Death. It never fails to catch me completely off guard.

honestly out of everything I’ve done with these characters’ appearances, giving Dunban an eyepatch is one of the coolest things I’ve ever done and witnessed

First time playing this game on the Switch and I loved it !!!! The music, the characters, the different outfits they can wear, weapon skins, the locations blew my mind and how the atmosphere changes when it’s day/night. This game is a MUST!

Completed the story for the first time yesterday, after playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 it’s very interesting. Favorite JRPG series including DQ11S, and you have a Switch with a goldmine!

They fixed the overleveled new game plus. Not like I will get there anytime soon with the quests and post game. Now you can start nee game plus with items and starting levels again with the expert mode...

Dunban AKA one of the biggest badasses to ever exist.

For anyone who hasnt played the game I would recommend to play it. I, like you, was very hesitant and put off by the gameplay. I had no idea of the backstory and didnt find it intresting. But trust me, after 80 of gametime i whole heartedly will say its AMAZING! the story is awesomely full of twist and the inital story is nothing lkke tbe end. You start in a small town and end up in this whole other setting that i wouldve never thought. The characters are so much fun. The differently civilizations. Monsters. Man! Its amazing. 10/10. Buy it!!!

Another day one buy for me, I manged to finished the main game two weeks ago and just finished Future Connected on the last weekend , this is another great open world RPG done by Monolith , and I would love to see other xenoblade series like Xenoblade Chronicles X or a new entry to make it way to the Switch, but I am sure Monolith is busy wrapping up BOTW 2, which I am also really looking forward to, will probably start a new game Plus for the main chapters as well , keep those great games coming ~
