As someone who knows virtually nothing about this situation (only watch Xeno on youtube) but has seen these kinds of people all over the internet, they will almost always refer to each other so that they always have a "reference" that (imagine that) supports their side. Even if you don't like her, Shoeonhead just put out a video where some guy does the exact same. He calls her, Wendigoon, Donut Operator and tons of others white supremacist, neo nazi, transphobic, bootlicker, racist, sexist, basically every leftist college student insult under the sun and his source EVERY SINGLE TIME is, unironically, "(some other youtuber/twitter user) said that so and so is..." or "I haven't seen any evidence personally, but I have seen numerous comments that say it, so..." LMAO These clowns need to realize that you can't just make up defamatory stuff and spew it out openly, and the only way they'll learn (to at least curb it publicly) is through the legal system, because it's clear youtube/twitch/twitter/reddit do not care.

Thing is Lionel didn't respond AT ALL to any of the court documents, so eventually he ran out of time and the court ruled in Xeno's favor by default. Bro lost by doing nothing and it's hilarious.

Yep, people not from the US may not know that defamation, slander, libel etc cases in this country are all extremely serious but by that same note are actually EXTREMELY hard to actually win. For example you can easily "prove" that someone said something like 'here's a tweet where so and so sad word for word "(my client) assaulted someone at twitchcon", we have the screenshot as well as the backed up tweet URL itself' and the issue is, okay sure he said that but was he just misinformed or did he actually KNOW that was untrue AND decided to post it anyway? If simply posting misinformation was defamation or slander then twitter would have been shut down from the weight of legal inquiries into 90% of its blue checkmarks' tweets. I'm not a legal expert but just from this video and the titles of the other guy's videos I'm going to guess it was fairly 'easy' (as much as anything is easy in the US legal system lmao) to show that this guy had not only accused Xeems of numerous things but had followup videos after people told him he had no proof where he doubled down and said things like "I don't care what anyone says, or what 'proof' you show to the contrary, he IS GUILTY/he DID (THING) and I will not retract my statements or delete my video!!!" Because these types of people NEVER back down. They think redditwitter echo chambers are real life, so when they get a few crumbs of upvotes or likes it reinforces that they are definitely 100% correct. So if he left up a few videos where he said things like that it would then be an easy path for a lawyer to argue that he knew it was untrue but due to some personal bias against his client, he continued to defame him publicly in video after video. This is one of those times where I really wish I had been in the courtroom LMAO.

Xeems is especially right at the end, this dude is NOT going to stop making videos or tweeting about this, and if he keeps it up he will get even more pressed by the legal system. Now that he's legally liable for however much, it's not just a personal matter between him and xeems or rather their legal teams, but the actual legal system itself. I think we know that this guy's insane enough to keep going regardless, despite knowing this.

Yes, however before the hearing I got a protection from stalking order which does the same thing an injunction does. Im not sure why that was denied, but regarless it would not have changed anything even if granted.
