@@10animallover10 try the 2003 pasadena convention. can’t remember which part though but Lucy talked about having a hard time working on the sin trade eps alone and that this (reunion) was a such a small moment on the script but big on the screen. still laugh when I remember that the big topic of discussion bts of this scene according to her was the hair people asking the producers if they could use “the new hair clip” for Xena 😂😂💀

This was such a sweet scene, you can definitely tell that they love each other! And Lucy and Renee have such great chemistry between themselves as actors!

Especially when Renée needs to focus alot on most emotional scenes as it is. And Lucy respects that. I have proof of Renée and Lucy saying so/doing so....so don't come at me certain people on here who think I'm making stuff up. :-P

If you listen, you can hear Xena saying "I'm so sorry" and "I love you" during the hug. This scene made me absolutely *_bawl_* when I first saw it. I loved this episode so much. I skip Adventures in the Sin Trade every time because I just want _this_ more than _anything_ else.

I am so happy that Gabrielle and xena are back together again I miss those two my girls

I love this episode, it was an emotional roller-coaster. And that scene were Joxer was placing flowers next to the pit where Gabrielle fell, he really loved her.

I miss the shows of the 90s. They had so much adventure. So much wonder and imagination. Even with extremely cheap FX, shows like Xena, Hercules, Wishbone, Buffy, etc, are a million times better than most shows today! Oh, and also, #XenaGabrielle forever!!!!

These shows were written around stories. And the actors and actresses were chosen for their ability to convey feelings and emotions to the TV Viewers and NOT because of their names or “Star Power.” We willingly overlooked the writer’s playing with history, personalities, culture and technology because of the story lines and the acting.

@@williampaz2092 Beautifuly said! I agree! It really pains me sometimes to see what most shows are like these times. And don't get me started about reality shows.. I miss the times where there were LONG series full of real creativity, storytelling, adventure and character development. There are still some really good ones but only a few have the magic XWP had for example..

I wish this show was still on. *Addendum* By 'still on', I mean new episodes still being made. My thanks to the many people who have pointed out the variety of options to watch the show in it's entirety 😊

Family Affair episode. This is one of my favorites. The first time Xena and Gabrielle see each other after Sacrifice Part 2 which sees Gabrielle and Hope dropping into a fire pit.

Hercules TLJ and Xena WP were complete lightning in a bottle, 2 bottles, we need programming like this again. Just shows where there's adventure,action, heart and laughter all mixed in.

You could hear her call Gabrielle hunny aww

An odd but very effective touch, and I don’t know how they did it: In a lot of the shots of Gabrielle, while under the spell so to speak, she almost looks like she’s being added to the forest via greenscreen, whereas the others are clearly actually in the same space as the forest around them, and once she is back to herself, she looks right again.

This was confusing when you first see it but that's the point.

Oh that hand kiss and when you hear a sound and know it's a real kiss wonderful

I agree. The whole India/Eli stuff was ridiculous. And season 5 was so horrible that I only watch a few clips. Season 6 was much better but it lost the spark it had the first 3 1/2 seasons.
