"I always see this shit in anime and webtoons" That's it! A lot of people get confused by the English title of the song but it's actually called 'Songyeon Manhwa' which is the Korean translation for the Shōnen Manga comic genre. The whole story is supposed to be the "race to the cake" trope typically found in webtoons like the one you mentioned 😂 Also the fact that it's a strawberry cake in particular is a fun reference to one of their most popular songs 'Strawberry Cake'!
