The video is from 2017 and once people get to a certain age they don't really age too drastically in such a short period of time He's aged well in the sense that he still has a good hairline and seems to be in good shape but aside from that he shouldn't really be expected to age drastically from 35 to 42 unless he has

He just won Bundesliga with Leverkusen among all the teams possible, for his first full year as a top coach. A team that fought to stay in Bundesliga. There's no way it is his only trophy as a coach.
