Thanks to blogger Defpom's Electronics Repair for providing this wonderful video, which is great and introduces most of the functions of this tester. However, we found some corrections in the cable test part: 1) Usually when performing the TDR test, RJ45TDR test, and line search test on the cable, the other end of the cable cannot be connected to any device, otherwise it will lead to failure to test or inaccurate test results. 2) When using the Cable tracer to perform a UTP/STP network cable sequence test, the other end of the network cable is inserted into the UTP interface on the side of the Cable tracer instead of the PD test interface at the bottom. The PD test interface at the bottom is used to test POE power supply equipment. We hope that all friends who own Rsrteng equipment can use it easily. You are also welcome to discuss any issues about the CCTV tester or OTDR with us. Thank you!
I think it's a little unfortunate it is called a "CCTV Tester" as this, in passing, makes it look like some very bespoke tester rather than the multi-use it has.

A version that has a spectrum analyzer and a (Q)SFP port or two rather than the coax video input would be more or less the ultimate tester for IT techs.
I maintain that if you need to use the manual, the product is a failure from a usability point of view.
