The mad mega barrel is the largest capacity non-chainfed blaster so far, that should make it great for hvz and people that use a scavenger playstyle without mags

The fact that this thing's 72 dart ridicu-ring can slamfire every shot in a row and NOT jam when nerf couldn't even get that on the 15 dart Surgefire is just impressive to me

This blaster series probably isn't my jam, but it's good to know that there are still goofy, fun blasters out there in a world leaning increasingly into 'pro' lines.

The Dart Zone Magnum walked so that the Mad Mega Barrel could run

this is what Nerf used to be like in the 90's. insane, crazy ideas. the ratchet blast, the perspector, the rototrack, and the ripchord. off the wall ideas. a drum barrel like this is up there with it, and I hope to gods that Zuru keep up these insane ideas.

I was in the Philippines and I went to the toy store in a large mall. There it lay the Rage Fire in all of its glory. It’s hard to describe the sheer glory of it in this text based format. It was fairly large and it gave me flashbacks to meet the heavy. Funny enough the store workers presented it and the berzerko like it was some new NASA shuttle.

Awesome video, Walcom. I love how the blaster opens up on top for the “drum.” Reloading drums would feel like reloading an LMG. Open it up, roll the old drum away and smack in a fresh one.

So it's an accuracy by volume blaster. Perfect for heavy springer players.

Jesus, this looks like something straight outa borderlands. Like a Bandit/Scav/CoV/Skulldugger shotgun. I dig it! Can't wait to get my hands on one.

Using that Picatinny rail adapter with dual flywheelers or AEG'S would totally feel like a power fantasy. Like carrying your personal, portable Anti-aircraft gun... Until you ran out of ammo, that is. Great video! 👍

With the amount of energy you need to put into the slam fire, I surprised they didn't name this gun "The Nutbuster"

Now I just imagine an integration with this blaster on top of another, and the barrels modified to fire 2 short darts per shot (if that's needed). So much silliness with this thing

30 dollars is an amazing price for this. The dart holders, the sheer amount of darts, yeah.

Now that's a good blaster to workout the arms. I don't know but it looks like a non-released WW1 gun or something out of "The fifth element". Not bad X-shot. And this is one blaster to break HvZ games.

I feel like Zuru owes MacDannyGun some royalties for this design.

I think that picatinny-to-picatinny adapter will be an easy way to masterkey a blaster that has a picatinny pump grip rail. Use it to put the Breaking Wind below the X-shot Pro Longshot.

Given that their Pro Longshot seems to shoot more accurately with non-xshot darts, I'm wondering if this blaster would also perform better with other darts (AF waffles, for example). But as stated in the review, accuracy isn't the goal of this blaster anyways.

It’s like the A-10 warthog, accuracy can fuck itself, when you put more bullets in a square foot than air molecules you will not miss.

I'm pretty shocked at the price point - I really thought that it was going to be at least $50. It's not really a blaster for me now, but I would absolutely lose my mind if I were a kid and got this for my birthday, or what have you. I'm really interested to see the gatling gun one now.

Get 2 of those adapters on one rail for extra strength and make a video or series about combos with those adapters. That would be super interesting to see

You could take apart the drum into 3 sections and use it like that, imagine just mid battle and reloading that with a brand new drum

Since the round dartholders are open in the center, you could put one on the front and one further back and use them as weird iron sights

Hear me out. We get the picatinny top rail from worker for the Stryfe. Then swap out the vertical foregrip on the xshot long shot or nexus or stryker or any of these other pro level springer that have picatinny under the pump grip with a Stryfe

Then I remembered Zuru isn't Wizards of the Coast Edit- For context, a Magic the Gathering youtuber got some cards a bit too early, and the psychopaths at WOTC decided to send the Pinkertons to his doorstep to get the cards back. Yes. I am talking about the strikebreaker Pinkertons that you read about in history books. No. I have no idea how they still exist.

you could use the connecter piece to mount a blaster on your shoulder if you had a shoulder pad with a small rail on it and make a trigger cord that you can press with your hand. also I could see a back plate with picatene on it and you can old blasters on it and then you won't need to sling blasters or you can have even more blasters for never running out of ammo. I could also see it on flywheelers to add an under barrel mega, mega xl, or launcher on. or even an under barrel shotgun.also you could connect 2 fly wheelers and be able to shoot both at once

In the first test at around 6:30 it felt like the longest firing of a neft/zuru gun ive ever seen.

If you modify both of the X-Shot Mega Barrels to be automatic. You could theoretically make it into an anti-personal/air platform. If you can figure out how to mount it onto vehicles. Although would be a bit weird to use when the guns are pointed to the sides. But cool looking.

This line is just fun. To be honest, I might grab a Manic Berzerko for the dart holder parts alone. One of my fav blasters to plink with is my Rival Pilot with a carbine kit, giving me a bottom-front picatinny rail. I'm thinking get one of the Insanity line and slap one of those holders on there, then I'm set for ammo even if it's break action single shot.

It's been a long time since I've seen a blaster that makes me want to buy it, the last one was Dart Zone Villainator. Pump action springers with high capacity drums are by far the best blaster type.
