So I don't think cerebro "detected" bastion, but once it turned on one time, bastion was close enough to sense cerbero and talked with him for a bit and it just showed up as an alert for xavier

Wouldn't be surprised Bastion found a way perhaps through Sinister to control Magneto's mind... Remember dude was stuck in a chair while Bastion was shaving him.... I don't think they would just show that scene for no reason.... something happened

In the comics, the middle ground is surprisingly Emma Frost. But something tells me she’s not popping up next episode to give us her views. Beau even explained this on Twitter: Charles is idealism, Max is pessimism, and Emma is realism.

I watched it after work, and I was dead tired. When Wolvy landed the hit on Mag, I was hit with an adrenaline shot 😂 I've become a fan of Beast and Forge. 9:17 With great power comes great responsibility. Charles knew what would happen in his absence and still went through with it. Now, he expects people to focus up when it comes to Bastion. Professor X needs some time with the Ancient One and learn "Its not about you." Charles seems to have forgotten that 14:10 Would Genosha have happened since Professor X already knew of Bastion?

Good question about Genosha happening if Xavier had been there all along. Considering we learned that it's an absolute point, it seems it was going to happen no matter what, tbh. And I love that you were tired, but woke up when Logan landed on Asteroid X. Yeah, you just knew that wasn't going to end well for the poor guy!

Hmmmm...very good question!

I’m inclined to believe that Bastion DID win. Maybe he couldn’t have predicted that earth’s magnetic field would die, but I think that he wanted Magneto to do this. I think the “it’s finally quiet, mother” line is very telling of this. To me, I also got a lot of Infinity War/Endgame parallels. Bastion crying with his mother was like Thanos being emotional after throwing Gamora over the cliff for the soul stone. Also another parallel: Wolverine should have went for Magneto’s head.

The writing in this show is spectacular. Just take into account only the magneto/ Xavier pier scene. Magneto said " you choose to walk his path", camera pans to an Xavier in a wheelchair ( walk/wheelchair symbolism) on a pier leading to no where. Just epic. Then when they both go back and forth with Xavier saying magneto started it by electromagneticly destroying earth but then he blames genosha for starting this war... Which I think can easily be an analogy for the war going on in the middle east right now. These people started war by bombing this city, no they started it by that concert, no they started it by taking our land, no they started it by taking our land even before that, on and on until infinity. Can seem like humans started it or mutants depending on how far back you want to go. Very deep and easily can show why some people are on Xavier's side and some are on magnetos side.

Excellent commentary! Yeah, that image of Xavier on the pier was perfect symbolism. And your analogy to the escalating responses in a war (i.e. the Middle East) is perfect. Neither side cares about the damage they inflict, as long as they hurt the other side. Well said!

Wow! This series has stayed amazing throughout its whole run so far, I cant wait for the series finale!! The thing that had me the most excited was for sure seeing Cable use his abilities. It was so cool seeing how strong he really is. I am really hopeful we will get to see the Phoenix 👀

I agree...Cable using his powers was very cool. Bummer they were used against Jean, but still, that was an amazing display of power!

I get the impression that Roberto's scene in the intro is from when he was captured by FoH before the first episode, that's why he is alone, because in the scene with Jubilee it is a wall, not a fence.

Bastion may have still happened but he wouldn't have had the hope that was built completely destroyed the way it was, so he most likely wouldn't have attacked the world and just Bastion. Professor X has made decisions that affect everyone without thinking it through, just cause he had good intentions doesn't mean he made a good decision. He also made his decision "for" Scott and Jean but he also trained Scott to think one way his WHOLE life... what did he think was going to happen without him directly saying it.

Oh, totally agree with you that Xavier messed up big time and his good intentions don't make his bad decision okay. But I just don't get why people were piling on Xavier more than on Bastion and Magneto. That said, family always goes hardest after other family members when we feel hurt. The betrayal of a friend or family member stings much harder than the betrayal of an enemy.

It is possible that Bastion had foreseen what Magneto would do. When Cable describes Bastion's future utopia, in one scene an old Polaris is seen repairing the Earth's magnetic field, suggesting that in Bastion's future, Magneto also escaped and damaged the magnetic fields.

Man such a cool episode i really can’t wait to see what happens in the finale, and an avengers vs X-men would be so cool next season if that’s the case. I also really love that they’re making it look more and more like all of these shows are connected.

Phoenix force may probably help Jean in her fight against controlled Cable. And you're right, the clash between Cyclops and Prof X is an issue. And it mimics the clash between Cap and Tony that inevitable ruined the Avengers' winning chance in Infinity War.

I think I figured out why xmen '97 is in the multiverse Saga section, it's a section indicating marvel studios productions, much like how the team Thor one shots are in the Infinity saga but not necessarily canon.

Good theory! I do wonder if Team Thor / Team Darryl are in there due to the fact that in a branched timeline off of 616, they could have actually happened. It seems that the two saga categories include anything that could be happening in the multiverse during those sagas. I would love it if they could include a section that shows everything that's canon to the multiverse (i.e. the Spider-Man movies, X-Men movies, etc). But in a sense, ig everything is canon to the multiverse to some degree since it is an infinite multiverse. Wild stuff!

I miss the game "Marvel Heroes Omega". Seeing all these costume switches where as... it was so much fun in this game "Marvel Heroes Omega" switching up costumes. Gosh, I would give 500 dollars right now to play as Cable in "Marvel Heroes Omega" for 2 hours of play. i miss this game so so much.

I think Forge will betray the team. He hasnt acknowledged knowing Bastion, yet there is a photo of them together. He spoke about his Leg not being impacted by Magneto because he had thought about a solution prior to the occurrence. How convenient 🤔 Also, what about the inhibitor collar? Bastion has it, but do you think he’ll just dispose of it? Of course not.

24:47 isn't that just a synaptic scrambler as far as we know? i mean i guess it is intentionally left so vague but still we have more reason to call it a synaptic scrambler than to call it a neutraliser i think 30:19 because xavier thought he could still reason with magnus and get through to him with just his words, so that's probably why they appeared in front of him first. i guess nightcrawler could've tried afterwards but the element of surprise was gone so he could no longer just catch him off guard and yoink the helmet before he could process anything, teleporting while holding onto the helmet with it still on magnus would've resulted in magnus teleporting with him (lol), so that only leaves the option of teleporting to get a hold of magnus and just forcing it off him, and so in that regard wolverine seems just a much better choice with his superior strength and all. ultimately though, they should've just sent nightcrawler with the bastion team, gotten nightcrawler to teleport bastion onto asteroid M, and then teleport back safely to muir island or somewhere safe. let both of the problems take care of eachother, and all jump whichever one is left standing weakened from 1v1. easy win and they can all have wolverine's claw sliced salami sandwiches afterwards •́ ͜ʖ •̀

Great feedback! You raise some excellent points. Another option you made me think of is to have Nightcrawler go with the Bastion team and then just teleport and plop that device on Bastion's head. Problem solved!

3. My onslaught theory, so in the comics charles Xavier s dark consciousness combined with magneto powers becomes the onslaught but as for the show , my take is Charles Xavier + Magneto Evil consciousness = Rogue, so rogue will be becoming the onslaught and she'll become a human, mutant and sentinel exterminator 💚

That looks more like Rogue's Messiah Complex/Marvel Legacy suit from the comics, minus the cape that she would sometimes wear and sometimes not wear. They left the cape out of Morph's suit, which is the one he wore during Exiles in the comics.

I just really love seeing stories from the comics come to life on the screen, it's just awesome to finally see! My dream, something I've always thought about and wanted, is cartoon adaptations of comic stories. Basically just taking the comic story, even using the script from it, and just giving it to me as an animated movie! I just want to see my favorite comic stories come to life on the screen! I totally understand and I'm fine with how the MCU does it, loosely based and presented in it's own way, that's fine. But why can't we just have comic stories get shot for shot adaptations, I'd love it!

Man this series! What a ride. Looking forward to next week - please please please don't end on a cliffhanger! I know the wait between seasons is supposedly short, but I just don't think I can take it! On the bright side, this season has done such a good job getting me in the X-Men mood before Deadpool 3. Can't believe mutants are already such a big part of the MCU.

I'm most annoyed by Rogue. With Magneto I've come to expect him flying off the handle in absurd extents, but she's literally fully aware that Magneto is going to cause all of earth to die and she'll gladly let die all her friends because "she's grieving Gambit and Genosha" well, sugah, you'll be grieving a WHOLE LOT MORE if Magneto got his way. And Roberto is ready to let Jubilee and his family die. I mean, his mom is a piece of work but she didn't want him dead. He's officially worse than his mother is now.

Well said...yeah, Rogue and Sunspot were definitely acting on 100% emotion and 0% logic by joining Magneto. Will be interesting to see how they explain their actions when everyone is back together again.

When the sideways image of the portrait appears, there is a piece of wood shrapnel in the left of Professor X. Not sure what this means but I thought it was interesting since one could argue that what’s been happening is his fault

Yeah, Genosha was definitely a breaking point for many of the X-Men!

12:45 cerebero probably found him because he kinda speaks and hears machines. He’s definitely a mutate but I doubt he’s a mutant kinda like sinister. When he was a child he could hear machines. Also when magnus emp-ed the world bastion said “it’s quiet” or something like that. I could be wrong tho

Great theories! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on it. So, my theory is that Bastion is a mutate due to getting the Nimrod infection from his dad and is a mutant due to being able to hear and speak to machines. So he's kinda the best of both mutant and mutate. But at this point really it's anyone's guess regarding what he is, since they haven't really given us a firm answer either way.

Another great video. I thought *Storm* was hinting at the Multiverse when she said that bastion could’ve been on the team in another world. Maybe we get a what if… Bastion joined the X-Men episode?

Yeah, Professor X is waaaaay to optimistic. Will be interesting to see if this experience changes him going forward. I still side with optimism over pessimism, but you have to be realistic about things, and Professor X has on rose colored glasses that make him miss the obvious issues at times.

I doubt Hulk’s design really matters, both this show, and the original 90s one have a very classic comic design, it doesn’t really confirm they’re the same

Really hoping for a Deadpool cameo before the season ends, like a nod to the upcoming movie. XD Also, really thinking it now... Magneto should take all mutants that agree with him and move to another planet (Noah's Ark style), far from humanity's persecution. I really wonder if that ever happened in the comics.

I'd love a Deadpool appearance...that would be amazing! And yeah, you do have to wonder if Magneto would rather just leave the planet altogether. Asteroid M isn't far enough away as the earth could still attack it.

I think we as fans should be slightly cautious about making statements wishing for DeMayo back when we don't know why he was fired in the first place. The situation is very suspicious and with some of the rumours floating around I think it would be unfortunate if it emerged that he was in fact abusive towards or sexually harassing staff members and these kind of comments about how much we want him back are brought up.

Totally agree...while I do hope there is a way for DeMayo to return, I also respect Disney's choice to fire him. The fact that we don't know the details means it likely was something that makes it very hard for things to move forward for the Beau and Disney.

Great video, this was a great episode and that ending shocked me, I knew it happened in the comics but didn't expect it here. Poor Xavier I honestly do side with him and while I definitely understand Magneto's anger he's handling the situation very wrong and is endangering both humans and mutants. I could definitely see Avengers vs X-Men coming and I definitely think Onslaught and the Phoenix will show up probably in the finale, about Scott stopping Xavier at the end I think it does make sense because if they have had Magneto undo what he did at that moment that could have reactivated the prime sentinels and Baston would have had them came and kill all of team gold, now I think Scott should have just told Xavier to hold Magnus still until team gold took care of Baston then undo everything but I feel like what he did especially after what happened to Logan will for sure drive Xavier over the edge.

Good point about Scott...I like the idea of him talking to Xavier and them working as a team, rather than Scott zapping him and putting them all in danger. I mean, if Wolverine had killed Magneto, there would have been no way to save the earth. So it all went to hell in a handbasket after Scott zapped the Professor. But yeah, loving the series and I can't wait to see where it goes in the finale!

Hey I just thought of two other team I would like to see in the MCU, Alpha Flight and Power Pack I could even see those teams getting mentioned in Deadpool and Wolverine for Alpha Flight and Fantastic Four for Power Pack sense those are characters these teams are commonly working or hanging out with.

The thing is, all of this kind of *is* the professors fault. His whole “keep letting humanity beat you down because we can only make change by showing them that we’re more morally righteous” logic is what got the X-Men to where they are now. So everyone has a right to be fed up with him lol.

Yeah, I agree...the Professor's optimism is definitely unrealistic and got them into some trouble. But it also seems Genosha was an absolute point, and thus had to happen. So even if the Professor had come back sooner, I think Genosha may have happened no matter what. Wild to think of it that way.

2.Personally I think Madeline is alive ,as we haven't seen the body but her consciousness has been merged with Jean Grey...and jean grey accepts the fact that they're one and the same..like madylene is an avatar of her... And so does madylene... And every episode was hinting at the coming of phoenix...so,what I think is jean + Madylene = White phoenix Vs Onslaught...

Oh and the " plot hole" that wolverine didn't kill him isn't a plot hole. Xavier needed magneto alive to switch the magnetic fields back. I think he was trying to incapacitate him or make him unconscious so Xavier could control him like a puppet. Also can be seen as a parallel to Thor and Thanos " you should have went for the head".

Good point! Perhaps Wolverine knew that he's pay the price for what he did, but he did it to allow Prof X to get free. Wow, that's an amazing sacrifice if that was Wolverine's plan.

Sorry for yapping 8. My Cable Theory: What if I told you, The X men 97 cable is actually a clone of the original x men 92 series cable....Why I believe this cable is a clone because of mr Sinister if that dude can dissect jean and add his wife's features and clone the best of jean and her grandma(Essex wife) as madylene then I'm sure he must have cloned baby cable prior to him insetting T-O virus into baby cable... If madylene and jean felt the pain of delivering the baby then the original cable must be the son of jean and scott. What I'm saying is jean and Madeleine delivered 2 cables. The OG cable is infected by T-O virus by apocalypse and the clone one is infected by sinister because the fate of the characters mustn't change,if it does it affects the axis of time. So, it was sinister who rewritten the memories of both cable that he is the child of madylene and scottt. 6. What I personally think is Charles Xavier will leave the school and beast/storm would be taking over it, and as for cyclops he shall have nice beach day and there he shall meet Emma Frost.... But if jean grey survives then they both leave the school and they are gonna leave a biproduct that's Rachel grey to Nathan summer's ,making the same mistake ... madylene did.. giving away Nate to bishop!! But the universe always corrects itself so, however it is Rachel grey would be raised by Cable!!

Yeah, the helmet's lore has seemed to change over time and now it's just assumed that it always blocked Xavier's powers. But that would be cool if they gave us an explanation for it in the animated series at some point for why it changed.

5. President Kelly's gonna send Avengers United they stand team which hopefully include black panther in it, to take down sentinels ,protect humanity from mutanity but Avengers makes a different call they gonna team up with surviving X Men+ brotherhood of mutants and defeat and gives away an antidote to humans freedom from techno viruses, and all have to fight bastion and in this process ,few mutants and few heroes gonna die and this gonna start a feud - Avengers Vs X men, and which Avenger will be starting - that's captain America because he asked Rogue to step down but she didn't listen and she killed trask and started this techno virus thing...

Actually, Asteroid M should be relatively fine short of organic material encroaching and growing on it, and we don't even know how many doors were closed with airtight seals. Rust really starts to occur when there's oxygen present in addition to water. There will absolutely be some degradation over a long enough time, mainly from that organic material and pollutants in the water, but the metal itself from just two years would otherwise be pretty clean. Similarly, if it was just in a desert with no rainfall, there wouldn't be much damage, maybe some wind damage, but otherwise fine. Rust really occurs when you have moisture rich environments that fluctuate. If you ever look at a boat, the part of the hull that's always below the water is generally pretty clean, and decks above would be mostly clear of rust, too, it's really right where the water and air meet where you're going to see the most damage, and from there rust can really start to spread elsewhere. Nothing of Asteroid M was sitting above the water, so there wasn't really a nucleus point for rust to form. But enough about all that, what a ridiculous thing for me to fixate on; the episode! The biggest shock of the episode to me was Cable being a Sinister Agent. I've just been waiting for time travel to be invoked to help fix all these problems, and maybe that can still happen, but that may not be happening now if he's off the table. At the same time, how do we get everyone back that's died? I've been waiting for Magneto to rip out all of Wolverine's adamantium, I was really excited when it finally happened because that will very much affect Wolverine going forward because he isn't totally indestructible now, even with the healing factor. I don't know why you would ever have Wolverine be on Team Blue in this situation, but it was great to see. And Team Gold really did need more time, so I don't think Scott did the wrong thing because you can't have all the Sentinels running wild again. I really couldn't have predicted that Sinister had a hold on Cable, and neither could anyone else, so everyone's been blindsided by this development. That doesn't really affect the defeat of Morph and Beast but since not everyone on the team was able to be there at the same time, perhaps it could have gone differently. I truly don't know where we go from here, it's exciting.

Yeah, I agree, Cable being a Sinister Agent was a very sneaky surprise...I loved it! The writing has been so good in this series so far. As for Cyclops, I agree he needed to stop Xavier, but zapping him was a mistake, imo. Why didn't he just go talk to him or tell him to hold Magneto in place while they verify that the Gold Team was okay. I just think zapping him was a bad move and was ultimately motivated by the fact that Scott had lost trust in the Professor, which I never thought was fair for him to do. Scott was really hard on the Professor, even though we learned Genosha was an absolute point and was going to happen no matter what. Wild stuff!

I watched the episode right at 3am Wednesday, but unlike with Star Wars, I haven't rewatched the episodes of X-Men, so my brain's a bit fuzzy on some of the details. Also, that whole thing with Wolverine was just so a big way to end the episode, I kind of forgot about a lot of what happened. What were Morph and Beast doing? I guess it was just hoping to sneak up on Bastion. I remember Morph as Hulk, I remember Sinister Cable, I remember Wolverine, so you know, the "neuron activated" moments, all the actual plot stuff, who needs it?! XD

Yeah, that Wolverine ending was so crazy...can't believe that happened. This season has been jaw dropping moment after jaw dropping moment!

Professor X failed immensely. While I get your point that he isn't the villain, it is amazing that they are willing to follow him again. Such a disastrous outcome would result in either being overthrown or receiving destruction at the ballot box. I don't see this version of Professor X as a hero anymore. He will have to do a lot to regain even the slightest bit of trust.

Yeah, I 100% agree that the X-Men shouldn't follow his lead until he wins back some trust. Xavier definitely messed up big time. But on the other hand, considering that they learned that Genosha is an absolute point, I'm surprised they are blaming Xavier for it. It was something that was destined to happen, even if Xavier was there, or so it seems.

I agree on Magneto is right but I disagree used violet to save the world, and hope onslaught appears

Yeah, Professor X was too optimistic in the episode. I wonder if things will finally change his view to be abit more realistic going forward. I still side with optimism over pessimism, but you have to be realistic about things, and Professor X has on rose colored glasses that make him miss the obvious issues at times.

But ofc there are times (such as WWII) where one must fight for that peace and I hope Xavier sees that and finds the best way to solve things in the finale. I do think Xavier stands the best chance of bringing the world to that state of peace in the end.

In many ways I blame Prof. X and Magneto.......we know who the true baddie is they both do and had either thought about it they would see that he's played everyone like a fiddle how many of these set ups....granted on a smaller less elaborate scale.....have these two men witnessed???? They show have both realized who the puppet master was and joined forces to defeat him and prove that mutants aren't the enemy that Bastian has painted them out to be

Good points! Yes, I agree, both of them had a chance to go after the real villain and they missed him hiding in plain sight. You do have to wonder if anyone could have prevented Genosha however, since it seems like it's an absolute point in time. So maybe there was no way to stop it.

I feel like this episode was very heavy on the Magneto was right angle, and it is really hard to argue it...except, you know, innocent people are dying, and in his right mind even he wouldn't accept that, I'd like to believe. And yes, way worse than Star-Lord. Star-Lord was SUPPOSED to freak out for Dr. Strange's 1 in a Zillion plan. Cyclops just...I don't understand it. I did like this episode, but there was definitely some drama that bothered me a bit. Also... 14:05 Just as a reminder, Genosha is apparently an Absolute Point. Even if Xavier was there, knew everything, and made preparations, it would still have happened. Granted, not everyone heard Beast talk about Absolute Points, but still, just wanted to reestablish that.

Question: Is Kevin Feige so unforgiving that he cannot sit down with Beau DeMayo, and resolve the issues that lead to him being "Fired?" Tolerance Is Extinction: Part 2. "Shut Up." and "This Feud Is Over." Speechless.! Exhilarated.! Electrified.! Energised.! Excited.! Animated.! Surprised.! I never believed they would be so audacious to do that "Fatal Attractions" panal, but here we are on a Wednesday morning watching, X-Men 97 the reprised animated series.. and Magneto, rips the Adamantium from Wolverine's bones. WoW.! The X-Men have a leader his name is Scott "Slim" Summers aka: Cyclops How arrogant, self-obsessed and out of touch is Charles. He doesn't believe in or care enough about the X-Men to even trust them, after years of them fighting for his dream. Why he thought and believes so vehemently that Magneto, a man that has for decades only been seeking retribution and revenge on humanity for the atrocities committed firstly in World War 2 and secondly, for the persecution of mutants, was the right man to lead the X-Men and nurture new students; shows that Charles is irrational, deluded and simply apathetic. Magneto has never been right, his egotistical self-righteous obsession of fully committed hatred is all consuming. He is a paragon of villainous vanity, and he will never grieve for the fallen, as they are just pawns to weak to stand up for themselves, or join him in his lunacy. He has shown, that for all his noble rhetoric for my people and mutant freedom, his vengeful vendetta against humanity, is his first and foremost agenda. Both Charles and Magneto are political extremists, who's action are cloaked in the same belief, "My way, is the only way." Neither of them care about the the true cost of their hypocritical idealism, as long as they are triumphant and can, bask in the glory of their victory, and say "I told You..." Team Charles, certainly not. Team Magneto, absolutely never. Cyclops is doing the right thing. Charles said his goodbyes and left with Lilandra, and for more than a year the X-Men were together as a cohesive unit, until Magneto arrived. Charles was just patronising, making excuses as if, nothing liked this could have happened if he had not departed. Charles never gave a thought to the best interest of the X-Men. His "Will" was made years before but, he never considered changing it for those he called, his children. Charles values his friendship with Magneto above everyone, despite everything that Magneto has continued to do. How many times have the X-Men put their lives in the line of fire because of Magneto's narcissistic treachery, and Charles once again sits in the ruins of the school and says, "I wanted you two to be free, to finally be together, to have a family, a child like Nathan. I wanted to spare you the weight of your loyalty to me. You, both of you have done everything I have asked, since you were teenagers. You were my first students, and you graduated a long time ago." Cyclops, "And what would freedom have gotten us, I still would have had to send Nathan to the future. I'd still be pulled in to dealing with Bastion or Magneto or whoever else threatened the world. No matter what, I'll always end up here. Don't you know that?" Charles, "That was my fear, from the moment I first met you, that you would help build a world were mutants could live however they wish, but you would never allow yourself to enjoy it, perhaps that was a mistake, because just like you, I'm right back here." Clarity, Charles always feared that Scott would help build a world were mutants can be free to live. That is the truth, and the definitive statement spoken by Charles.

Excellent commentary on the episode. I agree 100% that neither Charles nor Magnus is correct. You said it very well in that they are two sides of the argument but neither has all the truth. Can't wait to see how things go down in the finale!

Honestly there is no choice, Magneto is a megalomaniac, and Charles recruites vulnerable teenagers children, and trains them to serve in his own personal child army. Brainwashed kids under his command and control. No, I'm not buying into that. That said, I absolutely love the X-Men, and I too cannot wait until Wednesday finale. I hoping that they'll give us a special 45 minutes maybe an hour, as 30 minutes just isn't enough.

Am I tripping or didn't you announce the winners in the TOTE video? Wow never noticed the Prime Sentinels bit in the intro. I've speculated that the Phoenix might appear in the finale but sometimes I wonder if sometimes the intro parts are just to look cool vs teasing something. I feel like its a damned if you do and damned if you don't because if you're Team Xavier or Team Magneto they're both right and wrong. Also wow, Asteroid M been down in the ocean for two years? Crazy. Scott is really and absolutely in the wrong this episode and I guess this is why there was talk of a Scott villain arc haha. Also on the subject of Muir Island, when we see the line-up of old suits we see Storm's "new" suit which makes me wonder if that's her suit pre-white suit. The Kurt teleporting is a weird subject. But as usual the animation is gorgeously perfect. I do think Rogue's line is a generalized statement and thus reactionary like you said. Cyclops making that revenge line is just so fun! I swear though, if the Avengers show up at the end of the finale as some kind of cliffhanger ... whew. And yes loved the Hulk cameo, love those cameos. And then there is Sinister taunting us with "when" Jean and Madelyne were switched. As usual the sound design is amazing as we get a strike sound effect when Sinister is hit. And wow I did not realize Magneto's throne somehow. Really hope Forge and Storm are okay but I also hope we get some X-Force/X-Factor members showing up next episode too. Something has gotta give in fact I still think Bishop will show up. We know there are some questionable decisions on the part of Scott's strategy but it also gives us that comic book moment. I'm mixed feelings on the idea of Onslaught coming.

Good point about the prize winners...my fear was that Star Wars vids don't get as many views, so I thought I'd better announce it in the next Marvel vid as well. And I agree, I'm unsure of whether I like the idea of Onslaught or not. But I do suspect he's coming! Great feedback as always!!!

I think the issue is that he has to visualize where he’s teleporting to. In other words he has to either been there or been shown a picture of it. I think there might also be a maximum distance that he can teleport. But it was definitely a point that was debated by lots of people, and I don’t know if there was ever a conclusive answer on it

To answer the question of who is right, it's the one not trying to kill everyone on earth. It shouldn't even be a question lol. All the mutants on the planet can't find refuge on Asteroid M and they have only a few hours before every man, woman, and child human or mutant will DIE. It's kind of absurd how the fandom bends over backwards to act like Magneto's right about everything and Charles is being mealy-mouthed and stupid. He isn't. And I know that people will say, "he experienced more than one genocide and witnessed Leech's death." YES, I agree that this is awful and enough to make anyone snap. But how is Charles wrong to oppose it?

100% agree! Yeah, I totally get why Magneto is ticked off...but his solution is very self-centered and reactive. Once he'd have had some time sitting with his two friends on the Asteroid, he would have come to realize the error of his ways, but it would, alas, be too late to fix it.

Totally, I don´t understand all this conversation about Profesor X is to blame for averything because he left Magneto in charge...Dude, the UN aproved Genosha just because Bastion wanted them all together in one place so they could be slaughtered, Magneto fell for it, didn´t smell the fishyness.

Yep, Magneto was 100% right in his conclusion that something needed to be done...I'm just not sure he made the right decision on what to do. If I was him, I'd have frozen the sentinels like he did and then found Bastion and ripped him a new one. Can't believe Magneto didn't want revenge on Bastion.

@@AbitofEverything4U I get it.. but we need to look at this from Magneto's perspective.. He was already done with humanity before this series... Then he gave them 1 chance.. only because of Xavier.. When he said don't make me let you down.. that was a warning for the whole of humanity.. and I would think the woman who set him free ( forgot the name ) probably told him that Bastion was working with humanity or he made the connection himself to go on with the sentinal program.... So sure.. I would have done different... but I can see why Magneto is just completely done with humanity at this point.. He has been burned by them since he was a child... Unlike us.. he is a broken man... broken by humanity... But then again.. it could be Bastion that did something to him.. Guess we will find out

Actually no one knew what happened except the X-Men and Magneto. Nobody saw Magneto manipulated the Earth's magnetic field in the North Pole?!. Only if the President announcing that will affirm everyone it was mutants. For all they know it's simply divine intervention to stop the wave of killer robots lol the professor turned the world against mutants by going to Kelly yapping about what actually happened.

Good feedback...I totally agree that the government isn't responsible for the bigotry of the people, but my comments were focusing on the fact that the government helped fund Bastion's work and even let him sit with them in their war room. And Val helped him all along the way. So the government played a large role in his mission to attack Genosha. But ultimately it was indeed the bigotry in people's hearts that created the biggest issue. Thanks so much for sharing your comments on the vid. Really appreciate it!

Thanks for the feedback...I truly apologize if it came off that way. I've lived a very middle class life (probably the bottom end of the middle class, tbh), growing up in a small town and going to a small school and pretty much staying the same person since then. Did I say something that came off as offensive? If anything, I was annoyed at Sunspot for how privileged he was up to this point and how he threw it away so easily, even though he showed his wealth off in earlier episodes. I think he joined Magneto out of a temporary bravado, but someone who has enjoyed his money as much as he did in those earlier episodes may be in for a rude awakening on the asteroid. But yeah, let me know what I said that made you feel that way. And again, my apologies for anything was offensive as that wasn't my intention.
