The tactic with the looming sentinel is pretty on book for cyclops, this is actually similar to his eXtinction team in uncanny X-men, another lineup with magneto, juggernaut, and magick

i didn't think of that, the more you know. when i was reading this, i immediately thought of the bendis uncanny x-men run.

cyclops and juggernauts's costumes look great magik is a good addition and the art is good i found it entertaining

Hey can you do like a krakoa era super video like you did for the superman war world saga, i stopped after x of swords and i got lost pretty fast

I liked it. It did what a first issue should do. It set up the new status quo and made me want to read the next issue. The only thing that bothered me was Beast mentioning that Cyclops was the greatest tactical leader he'd ever seen... "And I was an Avenger." As a former Avenger he should remember that Steve Rogers is the greatest tactical leader you could ask for. I'm thinking that somehow Cyclops will (again) go off the deep end and Magneto will end up being the voice of reason for the team at some point.

The dialogue was Awful, having Magik and Jug acting like teenagerd was not really appealing. This reads like X-Men Adventures. 3/10

As someone who hadn't read X-men since Brubaker until HoX/PoX (which I liked) and Hickman's X-men and New Mutants issues (which sucked) I was left wondering "when did Magik become this feral bloodthirsty neanderthal idiot" in the ten years (give or take) I missed. (The prancing Liberace Mr Sinister was a much more disappointing, character ruining change I missed whenever it happened.)
