    Big hunter but this tactic goes back and forth for me. Watching it lose grip and fall got me for some reason. But watching a down goose running from a dog seems like nothing. Anyone else catch themselves thinking this?

  • @brycehazen1340

    I completely understand that. It was a weird feeling walking up to it in the tree and watching it fall, I think everyone felt that way that’s why there was no fist bumping or hollering in excitement, I could tell there was massive amounts of respect for the animal between the guides and the hunter. It was a surreal experience that I’ll never forget.

    Buck, that is part of being a true hunter, but the thing I can feel is also elation that another deer and elk killer is eliminated from our grand Wyoming hunting units. Ever since the fools in the FWS introduced the Canadian Wolves instead of going for the smaller Rocky Mountain Wolf, our elk and deer herds in these units have been under assault, and it will take many years for some of those units to recover. Removing the top of the predator chain will help that happen.

What beautiful country not to mention rugged too. 100 lb cat can kill a lot of deer and livestock in a year and that's a good program they have out there to keep them numbers in check. The whole cat was eaten, skeleton, dna, and skin sent to a museum, these cats are over populated and create tons of problems for farmers in Wyoming. My job as a video creator is to show all aspects of hunting. Some of it you may not agree with. That’s fine. However, being demeaning to my friend and throwing a fit is no way to act. If you don’t like it don’t watch it. Imagine someone coming in to something you spent $1,000 to create and over 40 hours. Instead of politely saying “this isn’t really my thing” or “I don’t understand this” they react and comment things like you did. I bet you wouldn’t take to kindly to that. Have a good day and god bless you.

    This is not a good video. It depicts hunters as trophy people killing beautiful animals for sport. I prefer duck hunts and deer hunts where the game is eaten and not so majestic and ran down with dogs. This is especially upsetting if the cat was not a nuisance.

  • @brycehazen1340

    @brycehazen1340

    If you watched the whole video you would see every single bit of the animal was used by going to a museum. The area we were in had an overpopulation of cats and didn’t have a set limit on cats being harvested in the area. If left unhunted they start having problems with livestock kills. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
