Thank you! Haven't tasted it yet, they clean it and freeze it right away, but I'm told if it gets processed within an hour or two, it is better than Whitetail venison. If not, and it takes a few hours to get the skin off, it's doesn't taste so good, the sage seeps into it? We'll see. All the best to you.

It would be nice if you didn’t put your videos with a red border around the edges of it because when I watch a video it leaves a red line across the bottom and I can see that I have watched it and yours look at a glance , that I watched it already when I haven’t.. ( I don’t want to miss them )
