The lyrics are very profound. When I listen all I think of is how people tend to be fearful of the unfamiliar and uncomfortable especially amongst people that are different from them. The guilt we feel for not paying enough attention to the pain of others around us bc of the weight of our own. Being trapped in in a cycle of staying to ourselves and getting further from the love for humanity.

well that's a song that's stuck in my head for the rest of my life

This song and video just makes me think of someone who deals with depression and anxiety. Things as simple as breathing and making eggs become difficult to do most days. After awhile just feeling like a shell of someone you used to be.

Big fan of civilian, but this one seems to be all over the place in both rhythm , and continuity. It just never seems to settle in
