@Wyatt Stav you should check out Evergrey man.

A lot of people hate on this band, but to me they're a really solid gateway band. Like if my cousin's 13 year old son walked up to me and told me they like Black Veil Brides, I would tell them BVB is cool and then recommend they listen to Slipknot or Bullet For My Valentine next.

I prefer bvb over both. Imo bvb is a much more creative band than slipknot and less pretentious And i know all the classic big bands and also many less known bands. Bvb is more than a gateway band tbh. They're incredibly solid musicians

If you haven't heard Re-Stitch These Wounds I highly recommend it, they did a fantastic job re recording WSTW from scratch and the production and mix blows the original out the water!

The only thing I didn’t like about Re-Stitch These Wounds is that they put the vocals behind everything. Andy’s voice kinda gets drowned out

I keep repeating this to everyone, but this song reminds me so much of HIM + Motley Crue.

Vale was great yeah but too shiny for me. They’re my favorite band of all time though. But the music they’re making as of recent seems the best they’ve made

Wretched and Devine definitely had the best BvB sound design, concept and overall music. Way better than everything else they put out before and after. But I think that all their albums are awesome

Finally This Song Is Absolutely Amazing!! The Chorus Is Amazing!!!

Restitch These Wounds released this year and it was honestly a lot better than the original. The mix on it was fantastic. Definitely recommend checking it out. They basically matured the album and gave it that big rock sound that they’re now known for

BVB isn't everyone's cup of tea but I feel that theyre a good starter band. Like without coming across them I woukdve never come across other bands I love now

The zoom in when Wyatt said he said "im the plug king deal with it" made me chuckle cause I didn't expect it haha

honestly as a huge fan of H.I.M and The 69 Eyes, and among others. It seems very traditional gothic rock or "love metal", some tinges of the glam rock and what not are there too. They really have snuggled in tight into a sound that is for sure a good bag of music.

BVB has always been a fun band to jam too catchy, great riffs and Andy's vocals are really good 👌

Black veil brides was my first concert my mom got me tickets as a early Christmas gift . I was 17 when I found them on KZread. Jinxx he got covid he post it on his Instagram story

alright so since I did a project on Black Veil Brides for school when we were doing music history I can explain exactly what's up with his name so Andy Sixx was his stage name in his earlier music years as a bit of a tribute name to Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue, later on, he started using his actual name Andy Biersack however in his solo work he goes by Andy Black to further differentiate his solo work from the band

Damn that’s crazy right now he would be 30 years old and the fact that I was obsessed with him growing up and I had no idea he was my age like that never crossed my mind not thinking about it he was so young and he was fucking kill and shit and I’m obsessed with him like oh I love him so much

The more I listened to this the more I like it but I still prefer their older stuff. Maybe it's just a sense of nostalgia for my early teens

I completely agree with Wyatt, I used to not like their early stuff at all but when they transferred to the hard rock stuff with the big choruses like fallen angels and stuff. Andy had a moment in time where he was a douche and seamed to get in fights all the time with people in crowds and what not, but there is no denying Andy can sing super well, huge voice
