They should've never gotten rid of all theme music from the old school favorites. It happened after the change from WWF to WWE. I didn't like that at all. They took all of the music from the WWF Anthologies and replaced them with can can music!

This theme is in my head when I'm about to go outside and mow the lawn on a scorching hot Summer day.

@@Jeremy_the_bot Get outta here hater. For some of us it's the nostalgia. I was 10 at the time and just started watching WWF right before this SummerSlam when Warrior was the champion. This song to me is Warrior VS Rude and Hulk VS Earthquake.

According to "Mean" Gene, this year (pick ANY year) "you don't want to miss the greatest SummerSlam ever."

It's cuz the generation I'm part of, this one, is full of brain dead morons. I'm 15 and luckily been brought up the right way! This hard gangsta rap is shite and this music has more to it! Just reminds you of the old era of wwe, you know, when it meant something.

I HATED the summerslam song for 95-97...98 was cool cuz it kinda fit the theme sorta, being that it was based around the undertaker and stone cold match...everything after that was ass...even the logo....i HATED the green and blue Double S logo...this logo fit the summerslam theme

This was the very best summer slam theme. Warms my heart 🥰

Flashback in the 90's

Best Summerslam Them Ever.

As someone else stated this was used for only 5 SummerSlam’s. I caught ‘94, my first SS and the last time it was used and to this day it’s still my favorite SS theme. Just goes to show how much better, even the music was back in the days.

Man, the great memories of our childhood

God damn, these were the days. I wish they were still here.

This music felt so hot, tense, commanding and atmospheric! Created such a larger than life feeling for the event which evoked such magic and anticipation for a young awestruck kid lol The logo's reflected the same thing in those days too! Nowadays the event music has changed so much, being diluted to vocal rock/pop songs that sound generic enough to be played anywhere; never mind a wrestling event. Hate to bring up the old vs new thing again, but its actually so true!!

Loved this theme! Remember first hearing it when the double main event was announced , Hulk Hogan vs. Earthquake, Ultimate Warrior vs. Rick Rude for the title in a steel cage. The real winner was the Big Boss Man, he came out scarring earthquake’s back.

Yes, that chair ( or was it a small ladder ) he used, left some marks on Earthquakes back. Great SummerSlam in 1990. The first one i saw. Still have it on both vhs and dvd.

And I expect to here - "We're live right here at the Philadelphia Spectrum for Summerslam 90"

88,90,91 themes purley the best, end of the 80s 89-91 start of the 90s,they seem to rock music which fits the theme for SummerSlam feel...

Ah they were the dayz of the cool WWF SummerSlam theme I grew up with as a kid in Ohio at the time. it's a shame the WWF used it for only 5 SummerSlams in a row.

It's very tough to find which is why I had to remix what I found and sadly some of them had the vhs buzzing.

Please WWE....bring this ( and the old for wrestlemania ) back.

Why did they keep the WM logo but the classic SS logo, Rumble and Survivor?

The main event for Summerslam 1994 is The Undertaker VS The Undertaker one of favorites

The previous theme got used for The Royal Rumble

The original theme of SummerSlam (88 and 89) was the best
