In my opinion It’s not meant to be a 5 star match. They brothers, deep down they don’t want to hurt eachother, but they want to prove their worth and show why they are the best uso. Anything you can do I can do better type. But yes a little underwhelming, I thought it would build to something, but decent in ring storytelling and when Roman loses, which he will, maybe this will lead to something big. Or maybe I’m wrong, but if I’m wrong, well then we all wrong

For those Saying the crowd sucked, understand. Outdoor stadiums NEVER fair well on TV (for what ever the reason) but as someone who was there live, IT WAS ELECTRIC!!!!! Just a CRAZY atmosphere! Regardless of what you may think, I can promise you that in reality, it was fantastic 🤷🏾‍♂️

One thing that really bothered me were the ads plastered all over the place. I can let the Prime logo slide, but having an entire LED advertisement on the ring and barricade was just annoying and very distracting.

A little correction: Roman was only gonna spear Cody and Seth saved Cody by moving him away which led to The Rock taking the spear

The no selling in the Uso match just ruined it for me. It was never going to be great but I didn't expect it to be that bad. They spent half the match talking and staring at each other. Everything else was ok though. Rhea vs Becky was probably the best match.

I was there in Philly sitting behind the announcers table, my section was into every match I can’t speak for the rest of the stadium but we were going bananas for Rhea, Jey vs Jimmy, Gunther vs Sami and all.

I was there in the first floor where the camera was facing. Our section was super loud and we were standing most of the time. Kinda shocked me when i was hearing people complain about the crowds during this event. But the open faced stadium really took a lot of the sound away. It was hard to hear when another section was starting a chant. Also i think due to the high price of the event, WWE kinda outpriced most of the "rowdy crowd" into the nosebleeds, were no one below them would hear their chants at all (and they are usually the loudest)

I think expecting the crowd to perform like they getting paid is crazy. They’re not employees they’re the consumer. I know we want the crowd to be lit but you gotta understand it’s WrestleMania it’s a lot of casuals there that don’t care about that stuff. This was the first time I got to watch Wrestlemania live on a livestream.Getting to see Sami beat Gunther live and with some friends that hadn't watched WWE in a while was one of my favorite wrestling experiences ever. And man, that main event was exactly how you described it - it started off really slow, but when it picked up, it evolved into one of the best wrestling matches I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch Wrestlemania live today, but judging things by how good night 1 was, this one is gonna be a banger

I was watching Wrestling with a friend who's not really ever been big into Wrestling and he was hooked from the first two matches. I then filled him in with the storyline stuff and he stayed up until the end just to watch the Tag Match finale. This was a great show for non-Wrestling fans / people who wanna just try Wrestling.

Gunther's matches are soo good to watch.. so brutal. So physical. Hard hitting, and actually hitting not just selling

Also Santi, when Jason Kelce went to the Super Bowl to watch his brother in a chiefs Lucha dor mask and he loves Hispanic wrestling

Guys I went to NXT stand and Deliver and the crowd was pretty good. I didn’t go to Night 1 Mania, but I am going to Night 2 hoping the crowd would be more hyped in person.

kelce wore a mask after the cheifs superbowl so i assume he got in cause of that you can look it up.

I was in the crowd and everyone around me was loud but the cold stop us, we were shivering up there.

Im glad it’s not just me. I was complaining about the crowd and the Jimmy Vs Jey match to my buddies as well

For me it was kinda boring...for a Wrestlemania and the number 40, was expecting a lot more. The biggest spotlight of the show was Michael Cole talking about the weather

I was there, the reason the card was a little quiet was because we were really cold. It was like 10 degrees warmer night 2 and we brought the energy

When Johnny Gargano did that dtd through the table to Pete dunne I was stunned 😮 same with Tommaso ciampa sacrificing him and Tyler bate with the white noise thing from the ladder

Rhea v Becky - 7/10 - Was good to see Rhea continue her run, becky will eventually dethrone her Ladder Match - 8/10 - FINALLY SPLIT THE BELTS LWO v Dom and Santos - 4/10 - Ending killed it Jey v Jimmy - 5/10 (needed Rikishi as Special guest ref) 6 women tag - 7/10 (was a solid match) Sami v Gunther - 8/10 (I am shocked they pulled the trigger, but Gunther can now verse Probably Roman/Cody) Bloodline v Cody and Seth 10/10 - Lived up to the hype, hopefully tomorrow night lives up to it/CODYVENGERS assemble

Tag titles - 9.5 out of 10 Intercontinental - 9 out of 10 Main event - match 8.5 out of 10 storyline 10 out of 10 Rhea vs Becky - 7.5 6 women's match - 7 Rey Andrade vs dom santos - 7 Jimmy vs jey - 5.5 it you don't have any expectations. That should be actual rating

I was expecting some sort of segment similar to Hogan Rock and Austin at Mania 30. Would’ve liked if some legends came out

I agree but U feel the lack of that opening mania confirms the returns for the main event (Stone Cold, John Cena)

The ending of the Rey match was awesome I’m sure if you aren’t from Philly or a big Philly fan you wouldn’t agree but seeing them guys (our current day hero’s) coming to aid our hero when we were kids all decked out in eagles gear was a one in a lifetime experience

Santi as a person who was there it was freezing and the wind was whipping around making it colder. If people are going both nights people will be better prepared.

What made the rock/roman vs cody/seth was NO SOLO THUMB BS

Jey vs Jimmy was bad. LWO vs Legado del Fantasma was decent with a weird finish, though the crowd seemed into it. 6-woman tag was short but I get why. The rest were great matches

It’s because when the Chiefs won the Super Bowl he was scene celebrating with his brother Travis while wearing a Rey Mysterio mask, he has also said he’s a huge fan of Rey Mysterio

What I would have changed about the matches: Rhea vs Becky: Becky delivers a second manhandle slam and Rhea kicks out still, making Becky beside herself and respecting Rhea at the end 6 Man Ladder Match: Nothing, it was perfect. Maybe Ricochet taking down JD Mcdonagh since JD had cost Ric his Andre the Giant match Jey vs Jimmy: Everything, tf was this. And Jimmy should have won by cheating or deceiving Jey to prolong this rivalry Jade, Bianca and Asuka vs Damage Control: Maybe Jade taking a few bumps, other than that it was fine Rey and Andrade vs Dom and Santos: Dom and Santos winning with a Carlito heel turn Gunther vs Sami: Sami really shouldn't have won this. I love the guy, I wish he wins the world championship, but he should not have dethroned friggin Gunther, Chad is still the best one to do that Cody and Seth vs Rock and Roman: the crowd, I'd change the frickin crowd

I was there and the crowd WAS NOT DEAD. Also, dont blame your perceived lack of enthusiasm on the weather. It honestly wasn't that cold if you dressed accordingly. Night 2 will be slightly warmer.

Band is Motionless In White for Rhea. Its clear that meant so much to Rhea and age had a blast jamming along.

Jason wore a lucha mask at the KC SB parade & a lot of people thought it was hilarious. At face value, sounds like that’s why he was there.

love your content Santi but im not gonna lie, I was in Philly tn and I dont think the camera did the crowd justice because the place was extremely loud. maybe the fans on the floor looked out of it but 70% of that stadium was hype the entire time

I know a lot of people think its mid and i understand. I dont think its mid i do think its a good night but i see why yall say that. Its probably really the usos match leaving a bad taste in your moutb tho💀wwe got to put a limit on the superkicks they use .5 per max buddy

Great show. Great review. They did say several times that Becky was dealing with strep throat and a fever at some point this week and the temp on the stadium floor was 52 with a wind chill of 48 so that might have explained why the fans were so chill. You could see them by 10 pm all with thier hoodies up and scarves.

Santi, the story basis for Jason Kelce was the night the chiefs won the super bowl Kelce went into Las Vegas dressed as a Luchadore drinking in a Chiefs colored wrestling match. That combined with it being in Philly made the storyline make sense. Also Im pretty sure Jason and Rey had an exchange or two on twitter after this happened
