Universe mode adds a lot of Replay value to the game. Its fun to create a superstar, and then work your way up the ranks until you are world champion.

2011 and WWE 13 are the best 2 WWE games ever made just because 11 is where universe was born and wwe 13 advanced it with so much to do and allow the user to handle. Everything later just doesn't cut it as much

this looks exactly like gm mode except fun and addictive, it is on my christmas wish list

i was in a tlc match and i climbed a ladder and michael cole said he's nearly on top of the this steel cage

man, one year is over so fast and you can see how much changed. That's unbelievable.

i don't get why people don't like it, i love the realism of the way it might happen in the real WWE that's what's so good about it, interferences by enemies, brilliant

im so glad i have a ps3 to play this on, the day it comes out im gonna buy it after school (if there is school that day)

quick questions.. i havent played these games since ps1.. since the rocks return my interest has been sparked sooo.. i see some ppl say ps2 is better any thoughts? but the biggest question is if you can have more than one user in a season or career mode or w/e like in ps1..

QUESTION(S), PLEASE ANSWER! Is there any RAWs pay-per-views (example Backlash), or are they boths? I mean are every pay-per-views like Summerslam or Wrestlemania? And can you focus only on one show (in my case, RAW) and let computer take care of Smackdown? And last question, how many matches are scheulded in a show and can you change that number? Thanks for answers!

altough i know the new tag title belts were introduced not that long ago, i think they might be in the game cause in the SvR website they show the new titles on D.H. smith, and tyson kidd, i think it might be like a option to choose which one you want, like in SvR 07 you could choose WWE spinner belt or undisputed title

So do you control the storylines or does the game already have it planned

@MagicolBio I agree magic,I try to keep up with the Raw and Smackdown shows and when I or The Universe Mode makes matches,they come up with some crazy matches.

Next year they should improve it with some stories like a group that tries to take over the wwe

Personally, love the new aspect. It's really is what you make it. You can make it a hero's domain or a villains conquest. Personally, I've got bourne as wwe and us champion, and cena as world Heavyweight on smackdown.

We need to reach out to Dan Ryan at THQ about making these wrestling games more better.

@EpicBacon14 to get the stretcher scene you have to beat your opponent really bad in an iron man match or a last man standing match and the oponents have to be enemys but sometimes they dont have to be

In W 12 will they update the roster or are they gonna be a year behind like the other series as always?

I cant tell you how long I've waited for THQ to make an SvR game with a "career mode" similar to PSOne's Smackdown 2. This is the closest they've ever gotten, and it looks damn good. The random "storyline" events, random cutscenes, random everything. I love it. Just as unpredictable as the WWE itself. Thank you THQ.

@TiPo0913 They did. There's like, 10 divas in the game this year, they have the Diva belt and the Women's Championship, and their own rankings for each. I'd say they did the divas pretty well.

@killwidme yes just move your right stick in any direction when at the main menu and you should see at the bottom of the screen the wwe logo light up to turn on and off UNIVERSE mode

this game is about 8 years to late. nowadays u wont see any of this happen, if we had this game back in the attitude era or just after, it would have been amazing!!

@reaper2811 There no gm mode for svr 11 but their's a gm mode for 06,,07 and possibly 08.

@Chiefsplayr17 well here's an easy one too attack somebody from behind in a match make sure your playing as a heel and your opponents your rivals enemy and your in a fued and this can also work for the other cutscene

ive been a fan of wwe games since i got my ps2, i like it even better for ps3

@husamxb1 there will only be three,Wade Barret,David Otunga,and Justin Gabreil.But there all downloadable superstars,so u have to download them,but at least you can play as them...i have feeling someone already told you...but just wanted to answer your question...

I got this game a few weeks ago but cant find out how to make your own title matches at ppv's. Maybe I don't want to play Big Show vs. Kane in a ladder match or Rey Mysterio vs. MVP in an Inferno match, how can I change the match type and still keep it a title match? It won't let me change anything, if I do it tells me that it wont be a title match anymore.

I reckon they've modelled a default caw after that dude doing the narration. He looks a lot like one of the defaults from one of the past games.

@EpicBacon14 make sure there really good enemies and have a 60 minute ironman match and beat the crap out off them until times up and then sometimes a cutscene comes up when they get took out in a stretcher and you attack them then they shouldn't come back for another couple of months but make sure there really injured

I would like to see an I Quit match mode in W 12,where you force your opponent into submission or in a pinning maneuver,they have an option to quit and go to a new brand like RAW or Smackdown.

Is this anything like the old GM mode? From SVR 2008 and earlier? Controlling a brand, drafting superstars, creating storylines, competing with other brands for viewership, power 25, and so on.

this game is gonna be real good.....its got wwe universe, in my opinion i think thats pretty kool and u can roam all backstage in the road to wrestlemanias...cant wait...just three more days!!!

also...universe mode dosent have enough cutscenes or maybe it does but it only shows a few plus no matter how i customize the rosters the same superstars keep getting the title shot (taker,hhh.cena etc...) also if u put a superstar on wcw or ecw brand they never get included in universe mode on shows or in ppv's...DAMN U THQ/Yukes !!!

i can't figure out how to do the dramatic moments like rushing down to the ring to get an early start or attacking someone after a match. anyone able to explain how to do these?

In smackdown vs raw 2012, they should put the GM Laptop by the announce table to do grapples and stuff near it.
