netherrelm (mortal kombat kreators) made this game but some of the moves are copied by mortal kombat charecters like roman reings has a (scorpion move) get over here and paige has all the moves of sindel kitana's mother and triple h has shao khan's hammer

Hearing Sting will be added in a future update

They should have different finishing moves for each character type because some don't make sense when you change the character

If you buy a character that you already have an option will pop up in their stat card that will allow you to upgrade the stats even higher

No, if you buy him again you will have an option to upgrade his health and attack. What you do is buy the character, then go to the area where you upgrade his signatures and finisher, in that are you should see a glowing rectangle like thing that should say legendary. Tap that and it should upgrade their stats.

Np, what I would do is get a Warner Bros account if you haven't already and participate in tournaments. Also doing the extra challenges can get you free characters and quit a bit of money.
