Wwe2k is too lazy for all that they can't even give a finished game with a full roster.

Hopefully Universe is really updated. The rivalries system really needs to be updated. Advanced creation for entrances again is great.

There won't be a Universe mode, it's being added to MyRise so I bet a lot of features go bye bye.

I’m interested in seeing updates to Universe. I’d be happy if I can at least save my card. I’m glad advanced entrances are back. Options is always nice. It would be cool if you can have custom LED boards.

I hope in universe mode & GM Mode they acknowledge if a wrestler has a title reign longer than a year

So far I like the showcase with Cena because he had great feuds with many superstars. I like that we are looking back at Ruthless Aggression, PG Era, Reality Era and the current era.

Hopefully they put promos back in Universe Mode. Not having it in 2k22 honestly made me not want to play Universe Mode. I just like it because it makes shows realistic and it's not all just matches.

Hopefully we’ll get Bray Wyatt/ The Fiend back in the game this year.

@@TheKendeHD based on this game being heavily ruthless aggression era , Carlito, Mr Kennedy, Great Khali and other stars from that era will show and as you said Carlito was a big cena rival when Cena turned face Also it could mean we'll get ruthless aggression era Randy Orton, Batista and Brock Lesnar And having John Cena as the showcase makes sense , hes the biggest star of the ruthless era and has been the biggest star since then

My Rise is my bread and butter for these. I love the idea of distinct stories with clear progression. Hopefully you can choose to play every decision in your stories as either a face or a heel. I didn't like how last year they forced you to change your alignment just to participate in certain storylines. Hopefully the created entrances include the option to have your own custom Stage movies. This is addition to the usual potential custom Titantron video options.

Showcase will be interesting. Some of my favorite moments 1) Vengeance: Night of Champions June 24, 2007: John Cena defends the WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley, Mick Foley, Randy Orton and King Booker in an action-packed Five Pack Challenge. 2) Cena's first feud with Taker where he'd do rap promos in graveyards and piss on tombstones and burn ministry symbols in the ground. 3) I'd like to see his Vanilla Ice promo with Stephanie with the loud outfit and giant pompadour wig in in-game graphics. 4) Cena's early "lined-tights era"/Blue chipper feuds with the likes with Rikishi and Eddie/Los Guerreros. (I think Chavo is a free agent) 5) Rap promos with the likes of Brian Kendrick (backstage agent with WWE as of a couple months ago) or against Rene Dupree where he'd throw "these nuts" like an unopened bag of cashews at Rene's poodle Fifi. Stuff like they always cracked me up. I remember other stuff like him dropping freestyle rhymes on fans like on that Sunday Night Heat before that WrestleMania they tried to get Jay Z but that ain't gonna make it.

So glad they're updating the attires to the current stuff. Used to be so upsetting seeing a superstar get a cool look and we had to play with an outfit from a year prior. Pretty cool.

Hopefully if promos come back they'll be voiced promos and like get rid of the time system because I don't like not being able to read all the choices before you pick the choice

universe is what I play 99% of the time once I complete showcase, 2k22s universe was good but damn did it gradually get more unstable and often crashed the game, I just want it to be more stable and maybe give us more freedom over rivalries other than them issues I liked 22s universe

If they are adding it into MyRise then I see it losing a ton of features like custom shows and CAW's altogether. I know we can import 1 into MyRise but not having the rest included would suck. Guess I'll stick with my 5 save data's for 2K22.

He played a big part in the attitude era showcase in ‘13 (? I think) and they had Defeat/Defend the Streak in 2k14 but never an actual Undertaker Showcase.

Imagine a showcase that goes through every era of The Undertaker with the best matches from each era and all the different arenas and Attires that could be unlocked. Everything from New Generation to modern day and have it end on the boneyard match it would be epic

Im excited for War games and Mygm mode. Multiple seasons and more match types for mygm is a necessity

I appreciate the commitment you have put forth giving us as much information as you could with how little we were given, it made the time go by fast until they finally announced something, btw also love your community creation episodes!

I really hope there can be an option to import CAWs from 2K22 because I have made my wife myself my brother and some of our friends that we play with and spend quite a bit of time creating. It would be nice to not have to go thru all of that again lol

I'm super excited to play War Games, although I have a feeling it will be tied to just that one arena, much like Elimination Chamber.

Oh it'll def not function correctly, but people will still waste money on it.

Accessible controls in WWE 2K 23 is excellent news and a great start in the right direction. I am still curious if they will add more accessible options but at least it’s a start.

The lighting look great. That main concern is the roster. I don't watch the current product at all. I hope there more old school legends and arena.

The showcase looks interesting. I look forward to playing as Cody Rhodes and Bray Wyatt again. Then I’m hoping that Universe and gm mode take a step forward.

I NEED a comprehensive MyGM mode. Like, take what I'm capable of doing in Universe mode and give me that in MyGM. Or at least a handful of those match types and options. A bigger roster and bank account, secondary men's title belt, more matches per show (with options) more match types would all be amazing improvements

Great coverage bro. So far I am excited, the main thing so far for me is that they gave us back advance customization for entrance. I also can’t wait for universe mode.

Looking forward to doing War Games with The Bloodline. Depending on how many superstars are in the game, I might recreate some old War Games matches from back in the day too!

Advanced entrances? Body morphing? More than 100 CAS slots / 1000 logos? The ability to combine hairstyles, adjust style and length? And did they address the CAS soft locking issue, as well as the save corruption issue? As a CAS only player, that is what I'm concerned about. Significant updates to CAS and overall sound stability.

2k22 was literally a great game

You are truly the voice of the voiceless, great coverage as always. I may be in the minority however want to advocate for overall improved tag team gameplay. If we do not get the ability for blind tags and better accessible tag moves away from the corner, would you be the voice to spearhead the message to 2K? Doesn’t matter it were to come later thru DLC or patch but feel it’s way overdue. With the year the USOs have had, tag team play needs to get some love too. War Games!? Yeeeah!

I'm looking most forward to seeing what they do with Universe Mode, as that's my bread and butter. Interested to see War Games for sure, as well as being able to incorporate that into Universe. The thing I'd love, but not holding my breath for, would be for them to finally remove gender restrictions, especially considering we had Rhea Ripley against Akira Tozawa last year (and it's not a new phenomenon, considering Chyna's run back in the Attitude Era). I tend to stream Universe Mode making many of my friends/mutuals, and it's annoying to not have any official way of getting many of them in matches together.

Universe mode is gone and now it'll be watered down and added to a boring MyRise.

I'm hyped in a way I don't let myself get for games anymore. I think this is actually going to be a banger

i know this isnt going to happen but i wish 2k finds a way to add cm punk vs cena in the showcase , because if u forget about randy orton Punk was actually the biggest rival in his career (in terms of story telling and even in the in ring wrestling it self

I'm getting the deluxe edition!!! And it comes out on my birthday which is so awesome!!! And I'm on vacation that week!!! Come on March 14 for wwe 2k23!!!

It's very early in reveals but I'm really hoping we have some updated weapons mechanics that give us more moves with weapons, or at least make it easier to use larger weapons like tables and ladders, without having them be so locked in place.

@@chiphobby2443 i also have a huge issue with hell in a cell and especially chambers being so limited. They should be fun, almost party game-like match types. But they feel so stiff since they're so restrictive with movment and the moves you can do.

I'm glad that at least did something with Universe mode. You have more control with the cutscenes. Over the last few years it was just copy and paste. I hope on the PC version, the random attire glitch is addressed.

You can always play music over the game while an entrance is going. That's what I do. Use your imagination lol

I'm not pre-ordering this until we get an official deep dive. I wanna know what's actually been done to improve gameplay, graphics, Universe Mode having a match type #1 Contender. Etc. If they deliver I'll consider getting it. Create a superstar. All past options must be back in the game. If they don't cheap out on music types. Why you can't have old theme music that belonged to superstars in beyond me. Been asking for Shameus old theme back for years! So stuff like that.

I'm hoping in create an entrance we have some sort of pyro creation or the opportunity to even select presets of pyro to add to entrances and adjust timing, imagine how cool it would be to send the ultimate warrior running down the aisle with fireworks going off as he runs past on the sides

I literally completed the Rey mystero showcase the other night I didn’t realise until then there was hidden superstars to be unlocked. It was a great showcase aswell loved the beginning seeing all 3 stages of Eddie Guerro but they could of mixed Dominic move set basically the same as Rey 😂. I’ll be doing the showcase early this year that’s for sure. Graphics looks awesome on 2k23. Love war games aswell.

What about the weapons would you be able to stack tables and do grapple attacks with weapons, and also what about the blood effects in the game is it gonna be crappy like the last 2 games or are they going to bring back more blood in the game like they use to...especially since WarGames is available

Awesome nobody has pre-orders for the icon edition and do you get a Playstation 4 copy when I buy it for Playstation 5? I seen you get both if you buy the digital copy

2K does this every year they give us scarps and we be happy af for it they give us stuff that we should’ve been had and we be happy and every time they give us stuff that we want they take other stuff away then when they bring it back we be happy it’s literally a endless loop

Yes iconic is for both
