After almost 45 years living in South Florida I took advantage of the snowbirds buying up houses, sold my house and moved to West Virginia last October. It's been almost a year now and it was the best decision I've ever made in my life.

I live in Iowa, and we drove through West Virginia twice visiting a grandson in college, one of the most beautiful roads I have ever been on.

I've been part of this tradition several times. It's always an amazing feeling.

Nothing like music 🎶 to bring folks together ❤blacks and whites with arms around each other! Just a family of Americans! Made me tear up

I’m a Georgia fan. I have no connection to West Virginia whatsoever. Going to Morgantown to sing Country Roads with the crowd is high on my college football bucket list.

My youngest Brother lives in West Virginia. Beautiful state and wonderful people.

I’m a Penn State alum and love the atmosphere at our stadium, but this is just fantastic. Super jealous but good on y’all embracing your song.

How many football stadiums, or any sports stadium for that matter, are this full 15-20 minutes after their team won! That's what I love about going to games here. Let's Goooooooo!!

As "Rocky Top" is sung by tens of thousands at Tennessee, I love it that "Country Road" is sung by the fans at West Virginia. That is why I prefer college football.

This is sooo cool. Is kind of when you go to a University Of Alabama home game, and the whole stadium sings "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Or, if you go to a USC home game, the band plays "Tusk" by Fleetwood Mac. Nothing better than the college atmosphere at football games!!

As german i have nerver felt so american, such a beautiful country...😭 goosebumps.. Our cohesion was so destroyed after the Second World War, that we hardly have anything like it anymore...

Living here in North Carolina there are hard working West Virginians everywhere you go. Just buy a tank of gas , hop on I-77 south and you will arrive in the Tar Heel state. Most can find a job in one day and they have quickly settled in for a new life. Looking ahead I really think West Virginia has a chance to make a comeback. All of the electric cars will need energy and nothing creates electricity like coal. It won't be a manual labor intensive resurgence but expect automation to lead the way.

AWESOME BUT ONE DAY THIS CRAZY WORLD WILL FORGET ABOUT THOSE COUNTRY ROADS
