Always funny to see ppl arguing about tier list😂. Every tier list is made by different consideration. This guy who made this tier list i think considering general kit and general performance (ToA and hologram). That’s probably why he put verina, chal, jiyan and yinlin on S.

Saying mortiefi is B is wild he’s literally the best 4 star supporting for buffing your dmg & a good sub dps & his s4 makes him even better

Mortefi is A tier, its like shanhua who doesnt enable any unit except encore.

I’d put havoc MC and Encore(second highest dps potential) up a notch for now. I’m assuming all these starting characters are going to be getting power crept like Genshin though. So I’m saving.

That calcharo placement is obviously biased a tier list is determined by one's worth not by how better they are with another character. You can't say calcharo is S because yinlin came out but not consider every dps/sub dps that benefits or does better with the support of another character, this just clearly shows you barely have touched the characters to begin with.

Very good tier list. I would only dissagree eith Mortefi. I think he is high A for being bis sub dps for Jiyan and an amazing option for almost any team comp in the game at the moment
