Yes they do gain extra moves and features on higher difficulty eg aix doesn’t show circle for some parryable attacks on higher level hologram, but world mobs and bosses all have these moves on all levels. I got thrown around as a rag doll by monke as a newbie too but good thing is if your team is decently built, it’s not a killer move, you just lose some hp. Basically you can still unga bunga against bosses and mobs in overworld but the tower and holograms require skills.

Fun fact: sometimes the mourning aix hologram boss grabs you and start kissing you(attacking you but it looks like a kiss) my first time getting grabbed by him was when i was playing with verina💀💀

I already got thrown off a cliff by one enemy..Good thing is that fall damage isn't that much and I can just run on the cliff for revenge..

Maybe your wifi connection is spiking? When my wifi is stable I can beat Tempest no hit run but when my wifi is spiking I can't parry, dodge correctly in mobile

Aix has 3 grabs. One is when he fly's up, the second and the third have similar grab animations but the difference is that it screams at your face instead of hugging you(the scream deals the most damage).
