    Thanks so much for this video. I wish there was somewhere in Atlanta I could train wushu. I am planning to move to China one day and train wushu full time. Along with what I currently do for a profession being a stuntman.

    谢谢您的支持。练太极不仅不会损害膝关节的, 反而可以加强您大腿的力量来保护膝盖。可以先慢慢练、有些下蹲的动作不必做到位,站立使练习。
