Lots of kung fu & kung fu vs weapons in this one ! Mr Wen (Lung Fei) is the mayor. Master Woo (Sit Hon) works in league with Wen. Everyone is after the "double kicks" as description shows. Mr Wen offers his daughters hand in marriage to who ever kills the double kicks. Chief Meo (Choi Wang) is leader of team of fighters. The sorcerer is known as blackbone and does some "funky magic". Chang Xang leads the 10 Steel Clan fighters a unique fight in the film. Commissioner Fong (Chen Sing) makes 2 cameos & is involved in end of movie. (As a note a lot of this information is hard to come by waiting for the movie to give you these names and facts. It will be much easier to read this then easily understand the movie much better. Example it wasn't til the end of the movie that you find out Lung Fei is the mayor). Most comments here favor Tan !

The mayor's daughter is beautiful indeed !! An all stars cast movie like usual. Good kungfu with Tang and good storyline also. ChangHsing was great too! ....😷😎👍👍!....

David Nair sad news,sorry.CHEN SING died at 4th September 2019 in Singapore .He was 83 years old. luckily he is still alive in his movies.
