Sad thing about that bath bomb, people have been leaving comments that it feels like GLASS from over 2 years ago, and they still continue to use the same glitter, you can't tell me that someone has not complained enough about that to the powers that be and they still continue to make the same "nightmare" of a bath bomb!!!! Great customer relations LUSH!!!!

Lol I got out of that water so fast 😂… after a week of using Lush BB my coochie might never forgive me 🤣… I do hope they change it though because I have so many people who tell me they can’t use BB’s at all because they can’t use THOSE… it’s just not good all around when the result ends up having people think all bath bombs are created equal

Wooo wooo, I learn many things that I never attempt to make.

I went to lush and bought a bath bomb for the first time last week, to see what all the fuss is about - I was surprised to find that the ingredients are JUNK, but I plan to cut it in half and inspect it! So glad I bought your low humidity BB recipe, felt fantastic on the skin, so much better than this total rip-off!

Whew! That is so m7ch color. I wonder if they really calculate the color so people are putting themselves in danger of steeping in the color lol

Thank you for this video. I went to Lush for R&D and was shocked. Everything you described in the video was exactly like the store I went too! Huge confidence builder. But what was most shocking… the store was packed and the checkout lines were long

Lol whenever I hear makers say bath bombs are a dead product, I assume they haven’t seen what’s going on at Lush! And having more people aware of bath bombs is actually great for us smaller makers too!

Haha yes! It’s been years since I had been in one and I think I only ever tried one bath bomb from them then got pissed when the whole thing dissolved in one bath (lol I was unclear on the concept apparently 😂)

Ugh! Haha… I was like how is it possible that all 3 could fail me somehow? And it wasn’t really that bad, but just the overall experience was less than amazing-especially when I see DIY makers killing themselves trying to make perfect bath bombs 🤦🏻‍♀️

Haha! I mean I think Lush has some really good products, but at the end of the day they are a corporation and have to protect their bottom line. As small makers we should also do that-and one of the best ways is to approach customers complaints with an open mind! If people keep saying something is a problem then it needs to change! Which is where we can change the game and say “hold my beer, here’s a black bath bomb that won’t stain!” 😉

Same here. I just keep beating on myself why can’t I make my bombs as pretty as L. Glad my friends love my bombs n stuff so I just can not be bothered to look back. Yet once in a while I peak to see what’s up just to get some inspiration. That’s all. 😂

OMG your BB was the most beautiful!! that black with the rainbow embed was like WOW! I think Lush is not the 'handmade' they used to be able to brand. They aren't being truthful and they are slapping them together. They are being wasteful. More isn't better. That's such a capitalist POV. I've seen the tours at lush.... it is a fun place with all of the huge vats of stuff.

Well it is handmade, it’s just made in much bigger batches than ours with several people working on a batch at a time. I personally have nothing against them. They made bath bombs popular and now bath bombs pay my billls… I do think it’s extremely important for companies (big or small) to pay attention to customer feedback though! If people are consistently having issues then they really should fix it! Also thanks for the compliment! I love black bath bombs!

I'm so glad got this review. Never will I ever second guess my work because mine are def better than these physical eye sores. Lol, but their boxes smell sòoooo good. The quality, however, nah.

I woke up so excited that it was Wednesday just for this!

Hahaha. I mean, we will all run into issues with our products at some point. The important thing is how you handle it! Do you acknowledge the issue and try to do better going forward or do you just let it keep happening despite multiple customers reporting the same issue 🤷🏻‍♀️… that’s the heart of customer service in my opinion!

I don’t like when my bath bombs come dinged up and messed up so I call and get replacements since I pay $10.00 for one bath bomb! Sorry but I think if you pay so much for something, it should come nice looking. I will say that they ALWAYS REPLACE my bath bombs with no questions. Thank you lush.

I actually think it’s perfectly acceptable for bath bombs to have a few dings! I also really appreciate Lush. Without them, bath bombs wouldn’t be mainstream.

They only stain because there are moisturizing ingredients in the bath bomb which I love! It doesn’t stain your tub permanently. Just rub it down with a soft sponge and use a shower hose to rinse it off. People are being to fussy about that particular “problem”.

They are not wrapped. They did put the black bath bomb in a separate bag since it would have gotten crap all over the other BB’s, which I thought was nice.

Not true, some of us was making bath bombs before lush was even a company or a company brought to the US. I’ve never been to lush, I’ve been making bath products for over 20 yrs.

Ah! Mo Constantine invented and patented bath bombs in 1989 with her company, Cosmetics To Go! When that company went into bankruptcy she lost the patent. Later she went on to found Lush in 1995! So while Lush didn’t exactly invent bath bombs, the founder of Lush *did*… and Lush is arguably responsible for making bath bombs a household name, although it is possible that DIYers were playing with them before Lush came on the scene.

Ew... the black rose ones look like ash. And here i was beating myself up cause i didn't like the way mine looked.
