one ambassador from Europe once commented that the Philippines is the most musical city in the World.

"Inuman" actually translates to "drinking session" and the first phrase "pre inuman lang" tranlates to "Dude, jus drinking session" is actually a jokingly sarcastic way of saying to the singer, we're here drink and not a concert in a good way and awe.

"PRE" is actually a shortened version of "Compadre" like "MARE" is to "Comadre" so the first video is like "Dude, we're just drinking" or they only signed up for drinking not a performance... it's filipino common sarcasm and our version of joking with each other. Also, when Efra said the "P" word, I was saying the EXACT same word. 🤣 It deserves the "P" word for it's craziness HAHA really, Efra, "How dare she!" is right 🤣

EJ salamante , I would say is one of the best in using mixed register in singing.not her natural speaking voice but when she sings, it’s powerful and have more resonance than just falsetto.

Inuman sessions in the Philippines is INCOMPLETE without videoke session. And almost all household have their own videoke system/machine. Singing is our way of destressing and/or to celebrate.

I laughed so hard when Efra cursed! Hahaha! But I'd have done the same too, these singers are so awesome. Thank you once again for appreciating Filipino talent 💕💕

there is an amateur singing contest that we called "doble cara" which actually means that one person should sing both male and female voices. All the islands in the Philippines do this type of singing contest.

I guess, to explain to a Spanish speaking person, pare is short for COMPADRE. Further shortened to "pre" when we're especially being lazy. lol "pre, inuman lang"

Karaoke machines are mostly rental and Yes they do update it with new songs but if one bought a Karaoke Player for their homes it depends on what brands or model there are. Some karaoke players can be updated with new songs on the place where you bought it (these are mostly new models) and some, especially if you bought it long ago, cannot be updated anymore.

The belting instead of crying baby joke got me hahahahahhahaha

We miss these karaoke sessions. It uas been 2 years since these activities has been banned because of the situation the whole world is in now. Hopefully they will start again since the precautions has been relaxed.

You can say putangina to describe everything, when annoyed, flustered or overwhelmingly happy, it's just that the tone that differs. it's an expression sometime tho it's a curse
